Small Whole Fish fry

I love this type of fish i like to clean fish myself then only i feel more comfort while cooking .

Ingredients
small fishes 8 -10
salt
turmeric
chillipowder
coriander powder
oil
Preparation:
Once clean the fish (I usually do head on clean removing intestines with small cut)
marinate with turmeric and keep aside for 2 min clean 2 times with plain water..It removes the bad smell.

Take a 2 teas spoons on chilli powder, 4 tea spoons of coriander powder, salt ,oil mix all together apply to each fish and marinate for 10 minutes.

Taka kadai pour low level oil on non stick kadai and fry on low flame turn after some time..

Serve hot with rice and rasam.

Egg with potato kurma

Actual original dish can made with either plain boiled eggs or else boiled potato... Here i mixed both to get more curry for more people.. This dish goes well with jeera rice or veg biryani or parota or bread

but here i served with plain rice it's good .

If you are pure veg then exclude eggs in this recipe.

Ingredients
1 table sppon sesame seeds
few curry leaves
3 green chillies
4 cashews
2 cloves
2 cardamon
1 small cinnamon stick
6-8 mint leaves
1 big onion
boiled eggs -4
boiled potato cubes -2 big
(after cuttinf it may come 8 slices) or else add egg size potatoes u add whole potato without out cutting slices
few cooked peas
2 inch coconut
few poppy seeds
ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
turmeric powder - pinch
salt
oil
mustard seeds, jeera seeds
coriander powder 1/4 tea spoon.
water

Preparation:
Boil the eggs and potatoes peel the skin keep aside
Take a cup of water and soak cashews and poppy seeds
Take coconut wash it cut into slices.
Take a kadai add cinnamon, cardamon, cloves, sesame seeds roast it keep aside.
Take same kadai pour oil fry the onion slices and at last add ginger garlic paste, curry leaves, mint leaves fry well.
Now grind all fried, roasted and soaked make a masala keep a side.
Take a kadai pour mustard seeds and jeera seeds add masala and fry it well until it cook.
Now add coriander powder, peas, salt , add boiled eggs and potatoes close the lid cook under low flame..


Serve hot with jeera rice or bread or plain rice.

Thotakura vepudu

Very simple dish and healthy
Ingredients
thotakura 1 bunch
small red onion slices
2 green chillies
salt
oil
curry leaves
chenna dal
uradh dal
garlice1 clove cut into slices
mustard seeds
2 red chillies

Preparation:
1.Taka a kadi pour oil add mustard seeds, curry leaves,dals with red chillies, garlic fry it well..
2.Add onion slices, green chillies and fry it .
3.Add thotakura slices and close the lid cook on low flame after 5 min add salt.
4. South Indian people like to have with plain rice.

Lemon Rice

Simple lemon rice whenever some leftover is rice there then i will make lemon rice easy and my husband likes it..
Ingredients

few mustard seeds
few curry leaves
2 red chillies
few green chilli thin slices
peanuts roasted
chenna dal
uradh dal
salt
oil
lemon half slice squeeze the juice
pinch of turmeric.
cooked rice

Preparation:
1.Squeeze the lemon juice, salt to the cooked rice.
2.Take a vessel add mustard seeds, curry leaves, chillies, lentils and peanuts fry it well.
3. Add turmeric to it.
4. Turn off the flame and add rice to it and close the lid.

Coriander Leaves Chutney

Wow again one more green chutney i loved this one very much with plain hot rice and papad.

Ingredients
 Big Bunch of Coriander Leaves
1 Teaspoon chenna dal
1 Teaspoon Split Uradh dal
mustard seeds few
cumin seeds few
red chillies2
green chillies 2
Tamarind smal amount
oil
salt

seasoning
few mustard seeds
chennal dal few
uradh dal few
2 red chillies
curry leaves 2 or 3

Preparation:
Take a kadai roast all the ingredients except green chillies, coriander leaves
Fry the green chillies and cleaned coriander leaves slices and fry 2-3 minutes and mix with tamarind make a nice paste of all together with salt.

Take a nother kadai pour oil add one by one to seasoning and garnish on top of chutney.

Serve with ghee and hot rice

Lamb Liver Fry

Good source of Iron to small kids. i do this dish when i want to give iron rich food to my kids.. They like it very well..

Ingredients
1/2 Lamb Liver
mustard seeds
cinnamon stick small piece
1 medium red onion
curry leaves
2 cardamon
2 clvoes
1 bay leaf
few fennel seeds
few cumin seeds
Mint leaves
spring onions few
coriander leaves
1 small tomato
1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
few whole pepper corn
chilli powder
coriander powder
salt
oil

Preparation:
1. Clean the lamb liver cut into small pieces.
2.Take a kadai pour oil add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, pepper corn, curry leaves, fennel seeds, cardamon, cinnamon, cloves, bay leave and sliced onion  fry it well until onion turn into golden brown.
3.Now add ginger garlic paste and tomato slices fry it well.
4.Remove from the flame make a nice paste keep aside.
5.Now take a another kadai pour little bit oil add grinded masala and liver pieces and mix well with salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, mint leaves, spring onions slices stir well till 20 minutes on low flame.
6.Now add coriander leaves and remove from the flame.

I served with dish with rice and Dal rasam kids enjoyed
