This one really good during BBQ times but i don't have BBQ right now so i did on the regular oil.. If you have BBQ try it delicious
Ingredients
4 Marryland Chicken skinless
1 table spoon ginger garlic paste
1/2 cup curd
few curry leaves
few pepper corns
few coriander seeds
few cumin seeds
3 green chillies
1 medium size onion
salt
chilli powder
3 cloves
1 medium size cinnamon stick
1 bay leaf
2 cardamon
few fennel seeds
Preparation:
1. Clean the chicken and keep nice holes with the fork for the marination.
2.Take a bowl add curd, chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, ginger garlic paste mix well and marinate the chicken on it for 1 hour inside the fridge.
3. Mean while mix all other masala ingredients and make a nice paste and marinate for 5 minutes with the chicken and grill it or fry in the pan under low flame.
Serve with the freshly cut veggies...
