Vegetable Pakoda

Ingredients

1/2 cup whole Baby corn (cut into long thin slices)
1/2 cup Carrots (long thin slices)
1/2 cup Potato (long thin slices)
1/2 Cup Red onion (long thin slices)
1/2 cup gram flour
1/4 cup rice flour
salt
Green chillies
Ajwain seeds

Preparation:
1. Mix all the vegetables well.
2. Mix with the gram flour without adding water.
3. Add salt and rice flour, Ajwain seeds, green chillies and mix well with little bit water.
4. Fry in the oil.

Serve hot..........
