Ingredients2 garlic cloves
few curry leaves
2 red chillies
few mustard seeds
1/2 tomato
1 bowl tamarind juice
salt
jeera powder(cumin powder)
coriander leaves
Preparation:1.Crush the garlic cloves
2.Cut the tomatoes
3.Take a vessel pour oil
4.Add mustard seeds and curry leaves
5.Add red chillies fry it well
6.Add tomato fry it well
7.Add cumin powder immediate add tamarind juice
8.Add sufficient pepper powder and salt
9.Boil few min (don't boil too much)
10.Garnish with coriander
