Generally when you feel so tired and you want to cook fast recipe just try this very easy and nutrition too... You can use whatever vegetables u want.. I generally pick which is available at that time....
Vegtable Fried Rice
Ingredients
Carrots -1
radhish -1
peas - 1/2 cup
beans - 4 to 5
garlic cloves - 2 to 3
soya sauce
chilli sauce
one bowl cooked rice
white pepper
salt
Ajanamoto
Preparation:
1.Take cloves and cut them into small slices and keep aside
2. Take carrot peal the skin with peeler and cut into long thin slices
3. Take Radish peal it with the help of peeler and cut into small circles shape
4. Take Long beans and cut into small thin circles shape and keep aside
5. Take a 1/2 cup frozen peas and keep aside
6. Take a vessel pour oil (I generally use very less oil for every cooking) once oil heat pour garlic and fry it bit
7.Now add one by one vegetable pieces and fry well
8. After frying well add salt and white pepper powder mix well
9.Last lower the flame and add chilli (green chilli sauce) and soya sauce bit , ajamoto
10. Now Add cooked rice and stir well..
11. Switch off the flame..
Note: Generally i use 3/4 cooked rice by that we can see the restaurant style fried rice..
Try it and taste it...
