Plantain chips.. kids love it.. we can serve as side dish with rice items or else keep like snacks..
Ingredients
2 plantain
salt
chillipowder, turmeric powder(optional)
Preparation:
1.Peel the plantain skin
2. Using slicer slice the plantain into circular shapes
3.Now Take kadai pour oil to medium level
4.Fry the sliced plantain at a time few slices
5. keep on tissue towel
6. Add salt if u like chillipowder add it.. i like chillipowder so i add that too..
