Brinjal Fry

Ingredients:

1 long Indian Brinjal
1 small red onion
2-3 green chilies
turmeric powder
salt
curry leaves
coriander leaves
mustard seeds
garlic

Preparation:
1.Cut the onion into small pieces
2.Cut the brinjal into very small pieces
3.Take a vessel pour oil heat it
4.Add mustard seeds and curry leaves fry it
5.add garlic fry it
6.Add onion slices fry it well
7.Add chillies and brinjal pieces fry it well
8.Add salt,
9.Garnish with coriander leaves
