Ingredients1 cup roasted peanuts
1 onion long thin slices
6-7 green chillies(according to your spice level)
1/2 cup tamarind juice
cumin seeds
For seasoningmustard seeds
curry leaves
red chillies
urad dal and chenna dal few
Preparation:1.roast peanuts well,
2.take vessel pour oil fry the onions well..
3.bit fry the green chillies add cumin seeds(for good digestion)
4.mix all and grind well with tamarind juice and salt
last keep seasoning...on top of it
