This is just like other Wester country Stir fry veggies..
When i feel to eat stir fry veegies as light diet..
So i add this paneer for new variety and tasty..
here paneer i used noncubed so shape is bit different... that too i used Australian local paneer
Ingredients
onions long and broad cut
bell pepper
(optinal veegies u like)
paneer cubes(should be fried)
jeera seeds
bit ginger garlic paste
soy sauce
chilli sauce
salt
Preparation:
cut the veggies long and thick cut (healthy and tasty for stir fry)
Pour few drops of oil on kadai add jeera seeds
add onions and veggies fry it and bit of ginger garlic paste
at last add salt, paneer cubes, chilli sauce , soy sauce, ajnamoto
serve with light pulka or jeera rice
