Paneer very good source of calicium to small kids.. and also me and my kids like Paneer alot..
I tried Paneer fried rice...it's turns very tasty
Ingredients
Paneer -200 grams
Garlic cloves- 2
Ajanamoto
cup of mixed veggies
white pepper
soya sauce
salt
chilli sauce
cooked rice
Preparation
Fry the paneer cubes in ghee or oil or butter and keep aside
Take a Kadai pour oil
add garlic pieces fry it well add veggies and fry it well
At last add fried paneer cubes and mix well with ajnamoto,salt,chilli sauce, soy sauce, whitepepper
and add cooked rice to it mix well pack in hot pack serve with paneer butter masala or gobi manchurian
