Biryani side dish



Ingredients
one small bottle guard
1 small can tomato puree
mutton bones or boti or meat fat
ginger garlic paste
chilli powder
coriander powder
chenna dal

preparation:
1.pressure cook chenna dal well and later mash it well..keep a side
2.take bottle guard cut into small pieces boil it in vessel..
3.take mutton bones pressure cook well..
4.If u r using bones cook well
5.If u r using boti no need to cook just heat bit and add to the curry
6.take vessel pour oil add bit mustard seeds curry leaves,add mashed chenna dal , tomato puree ,ginger garlic paste, mutton bones and turmeric,chillipowder,coriander powder boil bit and garnish with coriander leaves..

SERVE WITH NON_VEG BIRYANI
