Fish Curry



Ingredients
1/2 teaspoonmustard seeds
pinch fenugreek seeds
few curry leaves
1 medium size onion
1/2 tomato
3-4 garlic cloves
few coriander
1 teaspoon chillipowder
2 teaspoon coriander powder
salt
3-4 green chillies
turmeric
1 full bowl thick tamarind juice
1 fish cut into nice thick long pieces



Preparation:

1. Take vessel pour oil after getting hear add mustard seeds, curry leaves fry it
2. Add fenugreek seeds and garlic fry it
3.Make the onion nice paste
4.Add onion paste fry well until looks golden brwon
5.Add green chillies to it fry well
6.Add tomato slices and fry well
7.Add turmric ,tamarind juice boil well until it looks thick gravy
8.Add salt,Chilli powder,coriander powder
9.Atlast add fish pieces to it close the lid for 5 min
10.Garnish with coriander leaves off the flame
