Palak Pakora



Ingredients
1/2 bunch spinach or any green leaves cut into small pieces
few cumin seeds
few curry leaves
few coriander leaves
few mint leaves(optional)
1-2 table spoons of rice flour
4-5 table spoons of gram floor
1 big onion full long thin slices
4-5 green chillies
salt

preparation:
1.cut onion slices
2.Cut the chillies
3.Cut the spinach into small pieces
4.mix all with cumin, salt, add pinch baking soda, 2 flours with water ..
5.Take a vessel pour oil
6.heat the oil and fry the pakora until it looks golden brown keep on top tissue towel to absorb excess oil..
It is healthy and easy snack for kids and adults...
