Minced Goat Lasagne - Indo -Italian Dish

I love Italian dish i am so crazy about their dishes some best dishes i love is minestrone soup, eggplant paramasan, Meat lasagne, Lobstor dishes. Finally i tried meat lasagne it came well.
I used lasagne sheets we can use without those sheets if u want to use the sheets u will get in the grocessory stores.

Ingredients
basil leavs,
other Italian herbs
cheddar cheese
pasta sauce or canned tomato sauce 750 grams
500 grams minced goat meat or other meat
onions fried in oil
bell pepper fried in oil
carrots (optional)
salt  and pepper (according to your taste)
lasagne sheets
chilli powder
coriander powder
salt
ginger garlic paste

Preparation:

1.Marinate the cleaned meat with salt, gingergarlic paste, chillipowder, coriander powder after 15 min cook it.
2. Cut the onion and fry in oil.
3.Same fry all veggies.
4.Take a oven tray keep some baking sheet or aluminum foil sprinkle oil add fried onions and veggies with some less salt and pepper again add cooked meat(meat already have salt and spicy), add pasta sauce (salt is already with spices), add chedar cheese with pepper (cheese will have salt) add alla italian herbs and close with the lasagne sheets and top of it add cheese again
5. Pre heat the oven at 180 C and keep the tray inside and cook for 35 to 40 minutes.
Serve hot with garlic bread or minestrone soup.

Simple Fish Biryani

It is very simple and different whenever we feel eating fish curry we can make fish biryani . Rice lovers love this recipe.

Ingredients
1 fish big cut into slices
but i used small size fishes
2 cups of basmati rice
bay leavs
cloves,
ginger garlic paste
cardamon
cinnamon
curry leaves
spring onions
chillipowder
onion slices
tomato
coriander leaves
bay leaves
green chillies

Making gravy with fish:


fish is very soft and it is having bone too so choose the fish which is having long thick bone and make a biryani i just tried with small fishes but you also tr with the big fish pieces.

1. Take onion make into long thin slices and tomato also thick slices
2. Take a kadai pour oil add mustard seeds and onion slices fry ti well and tromato slices and ginger garlic paste.
3. Reduce the flame and cook ntil u get nice gravy later add fish pieces to it and cook under low flame if your like more cooked gravy then fry the fish pieces with chillipowder and salt in oil and then add to the gravy.
4. add chillipowder and sufficient salt to the existing gravy once the gravy become thicken keep aside.

Making Biryani rice.

1.Take a kadai add oil add all cinnamon, cloves, cardamon, bay leaves, biryani flowers, green chillies now add 3 cups of water last add sufficient salt to the rice
.2. Add soaked rice without water to the content cook the rice.


Once rice and gravy ready take big vessel layer wise add rice spring onions, second layer fish gravy

keep on low flame and cook for 10 to 15 min with closed lid

and before serving very gently mix the rice and gravy without breaking the fish pieces and serve

Gobi Alu with green Peas (Andhra Style)

I love North India dishes but i hate cauliflower . In my fridge i have big cauliflower and lot of potatoes. So i have no choice so i tried this dish came very well.. I love it delicious it goes well with jeera rice , parotha , any bread.

Ingredients

1 bay leaves
few cumin seeds
onion- 1 medium size
one tomato - medium size
cauliflower flakes
potato -2 or 3
small cup of peas
salt
chilli powder
curd
lemon juice bit.
oil

Marination:
Before 2 hours of making the curry just cut the potatoes in long thin slices and seperate the cauliflower flakes and mix both with curd and lemon juice keep a side.
Preparation:
1.Take a kadai pour oil once it get heat add bay leaves and cumin seeds.
2.Add onion slices fry it well.
3.Make nice paste of onion and masala.
4.Now add tomato mashed.
5.let it cook some time then add cauliflower and potato close the lid of low flame and stir occassionally.
6. Once the veggies become tender and soft add peas and bit water for nice gravy.
7.Add salt, chilli powder, coriander powder.
8.Serve with rice or bread.
