Boondi Laddu

First time i tried taste is good than the look

sugar syrup
1. Make Sugar syrup with the ration 1: 3 1 cup sugar and 3 cups water.
2. Take a kadai fry the boondi and shift into syrup.
3.Fry the cashews and raisins add to the ingredients.
4.Add saffron and elachi to the existing ingredients.
5.Now mix the syrup until boondi soaked make a small balls when the syrup is touchable hot or warm otherwise we can't make a ball shape.

Note: If you want you can kesari food color to it. It turns nice colorful
. Will try next time to get the proper boondi shape all in equal..

South Indian Mixture- Snack

I love mixture first tried came well after seeing Vasanthy Suresh (one of my friend) in FB thanks to Vasanthy Suresh.

Besan flour
rice flour
chilli powder
curry leaves
soaked whole Chenna

Part 1:

1. Making boondi
* Take bowl of besan floor add 1 teapsoon of rice flour salt and mix with water it should be fall from the boondi spoon. (check the consistency)
* Fry the boondi keep aside.

Part 2:
* Take 2:1 aration Gram and Rice flour make nice muruku with the help of muruku maker and keep aside.
* Fry it keep aside.

Part 3
* Take soaked whole chenna keep it for dry on cloth
* Fry it in oil until it turns crispy.

Part 4
* Take a poha and fry it normal heat oil otherwise it will burns keep aside.

Part 5
* Take a kadai pour oil add curry leaves, chenan dal (soaked), peanuts, cashewsfry it nicely
* Add chilli powder and salt mix all the ingredients

Lamb Spaghetti

I tried Italian style Spaghetti with lamb it came very well and delicious , quick dish.

100 grams lamb small pieces
Spaghetti sticks
Cherry tomatoes 5-6
Onion slices long thin 1/2 onion
garlic cloves -2 cut into nice thin slcies
1 cup of any group of vegetables.
Olive oil

1. Take wide sauce pan pour olive oil add crushed garlic, veggies fry it udner medium flame.
2. Other side heat the water and cook the Spaghetti sticks until it tunrs soft, clan it keep aside.
3. Add the cherry tomatoes, salt, pepper, lamb pieces fry ti nicely until lamb cooks well.
4. Now add Spaghetti and cheese, turn off the flame..

Vada Curry

Famous South Indian dish vada curry , very famous in tamilnadu side people love it.

Ingredients for making gravy 
Onion 2 
Tomatoes  2 

Ginger  1.2 tsp
Garlic paste  1/2 tsp 
Turmeric Powder  1 tsp 
Coriander powder  1/2 tbsp 
Red chili powder  2 tbsp 
Curry Leaves 4 springs 
Bay leaves: 2 
Cloves  3 
Cinnamon sticks  1 small
Mint leaves  1 tsp chopped
Coriander leaves few chopped
Fennel seeds : 1tsp 
Salt required to taste

For seasonings: 
Mustard seeds few 
Fennel seeds  1 tsp 
Cinnamon stick  1/4 inch 
Curry leaves  few ( nos mentioned above)

Preparation : 
1. Once vada is ready keep side.
2. Now cut the onion and tomato keep aside.
3.Heat oil in a pan, add cloves, cinnamon sticks, bay leaves fry ti bit.
4. Add onions fry it for few minutes till the onions turns brown.
5.Add ginger & garlic paste and fry them until the raw smell goes off.
6.Add the tomatoes with coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, a glass of water and little salt. Then mix it all together and let it cook for 5 to 10 minutes under closed lid.
7. Turn off the flame and once the ingredients come to room temperature make a nice paste.
8. Take a pan add oil once it get heat add all the seasoning ingredients and later add the masala paste to it with required water.
9.Add mint leaves and a tsp of coriander leaves, close the lid and let it cook for another 5 minutes in medium heat.
10. Once the gravy become nice add the vadas to it and reduce the flame for 5 minutes and turn off the flame.
11. Serve hot with idleis, dosa, rice
