Thai Shrimp curry

Finally i tried Thai style shrimp curry
Awesome we can take this like a soup or with rice, parota, idly

Ingredients
any vegetable one like i did with left over ridgeguard
onions
tomatoes
ginger garlic paste
Galangala pinch
coconut milk - 1 bowl
1/2 kg cleaned shrimp
Spring onions
Coriander leaves
Whole red chillies  or green chillies
salt
pepper
oil
coconut cream

Method:

1. Take a wide kadai pour oil add mustard seeds and sliced onions fry it well.
2. Once onion turns brown add tomato and ridge guard to it.
3. Now add ginger garlic paste and galangala.
4. Turn off the flame mash it nicely with hand blender.
5. Now add shrimp to the existing quantity with pinch of turmeric.
6. Add coconut Cream to it with water, chillies , salt , pepper.
7. Cook under low flame for 15 minutes with closed lid.
8. At last garnish with spring onion slices and Coriander slices.

Vegtable pizza Sandwich

Quick , easy, Tasty recipe.

Ingredients
sandwich slices 2
paste sauce 1 table spoons
onions
chedder cheese
tomatoes
bell peppers
salt pepper

Method:
1. Take bread slice spead with pasta sauce, next layer onions, other vegetables, topped with cheddar chese close with the other bread slice.
2. Toast on the Sandwich maker,.

Easy and yummy

Italian Grilled Chicken Breast

Delicious one i always love to eat chicken breast on hot plate instead of pan cooked.

Ingredients
1 kg chicken breast cut into thin fillets

marinate with the following ingredients
salt
pepper
olive oil
Italina herbs
lime leaves
Garlic paste
ginger paste
atleast for 4 -5 hours inside the fridge

Method:
heat the hot palte under medium to low flame cook both sides
serve with ranch or other dressings

BBQ Shrimp with Thai marination

Ingredients

1 kg shrimp
salt
pepper
olive oil or regular oil
Thai herbs like chives, oregano, kaffir lime leaves
Mint gel


Method:
Clean the Shrimp and with tails on.
Marinate with all the ingredients for 2 -3 hours
Cook on hot plate with closed cover
serve with Ranch

Mango Lassi

Ingredients

1 liter mango Pulp
sugar
1 liter Thick curd (home made)
Sufficient water.


Preparation:
Blend together pulp and curd with sugar
add water required

Choclate Cookies

Finally i tried chocolate cookies came well.. Tasty

Ingredients

125grams Butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 caster sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 egg
1 1/2 cups self raising flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
3/4 Chocolate chips

Preparation:
1. Cream the butter and sugars until light and fluffy
2. whisk in the Vanilla essence and egg
3. Stir in the sifted flour and cocoa powder.
4. Add chocolate chips.
5. Place the teaspoonful of mixture on greased baking tray and bake in a moderately slow oven 160 c for 10 -15 minutes
6. cool on a wire rack

Boondi Laddu

First time i tried taste is good than the look

Ingredients
sugar syrup
boondi
Saffron
Elachi
cashews
Raisins
Preparation:
1. Make Sugar syrup with the ration 1: 3 1 cup sugar and 3 cups water.
2. Take a kadai fry the boondi and shift into syrup.
3.Fry the cashews and raisins add to the ingredients.
4.Add saffron and elachi to the existing ingredients.
5.Now mix the syrup until boondi soaked make a small balls when the syrup is touchable hot or warm otherwise we can't make a ball shape.


Note: If you want you can kesari food color to it. It turns nice colorful
. Will try next time to get the proper boondi shape all in equal..

South Indian Mixture- Snack

I love mixture first tried came well after seeing Vasanthy Suresh (one of my friend) in FB thanks to Vasanthy Suresh.

Ingredients
Besan flour
rice flour
salt
chilli powder
oil
curry leaves
peanuts
poha
soaked whole Chenna


Part 1:

1. Making boondi
* Take bowl of besan floor add 1 teapsoon of rice flour salt and mix with water it should be fall from the boondi spoon. (check the consistency)
* Fry the boondi keep aside.

Part 2:
* Take 2:1 aration Gram and Rice flour make nice muruku with the help of muruku maker and keep aside.
* Fry it keep aside.

Part 3
* Take soaked whole chenna keep it for dry on cloth
* Fry it in oil until it turns crispy.

Part 4
* Take a poha and fry it normal heat oil otherwise it will burns keep aside.

Part 5
* Take a kadai pour oil add curry leaves, chenan dal (soaked), peanuts, cashewsfry it nicely
* Add chilli powder and salt mix all the ingredients
Mixture ready

Lamb Spaghetti

I tried Italian style Spaghetti with lamb it came very well and delicious , quick dish.

Ingrtedients
100 grams lamb small pieces
Spaghetti sticks
Cherry tomatoes 5-6
Onion slices long thin 1/2 onion
garlic cloves -2 cut into nice thin slcies
1 cup of any group of vegetables.
cheese
Olive oil
pepper
salt

Preparation
1. Take wide sauce pan pour olive oil add crushed garlic, veggies fry it udner medium flame.
2. Other side heat the water and cook the Spaghetti sticks until it tunrs soft, clan it keep aside.
3. Add the cherry tomatoes, salt, pepper, lamb pieces fry ti nicely until lamb cooks well.
4. Now add Spaghetti and cheese, turn off the flame..

Vada Curry

Famous South Indian dish vada curry , very famous in tamilnadu side people love it.

Ingredients for making gravy 
Onion 2 
Tomatoes  2 

Ginger  1.2 tsp
Garlic paste  1/2 tsp 
Turmeric Powder  1 tsp 
Coriander powder  1/2 tbsp 
Red chili powder  2 tbsp 
Curry Leaves 4 springs 
Bay leaves: 2 
Cloves  3 
Cinnamon sticks  1 small
Mint leaves  1 tsp chopped
Coriander leaves few chopped
Fennel seeds : 1tsp 
Salt required to taste

For seasonings: 
Oil 
Mustard seeds few 
Fennel seeds  1 tsp 
Cinnamon stick  1/4 inch 
Curry leaves  few ( nos mentioned above)

Preparation : 
1. Once vada is ready keep side.
2. Now cut the onion and tomato keep aside.
3.Heat oil in a pan, add cloves, cinnamon sticks, bay leaves fry ti bit.
4. Add onions fry it for few minutes till the onions turns brown.
5.Add ginger & garlic paste and fry them until the raw smell goes off.
6.Add the tomatoes with coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, a glass of water and little salt. Then mix it all together and let it cook for 5 to 10 minutes under closed lid.
7. Turn off the flame and once the ingredients come to room temperature make a nice paste.
8. Take a pan add oil once it get heat add all the seasoning ingredients and later add the masala paste to it with required water.
9.Add mint leaves and a tsp of coriander leaves, close the lid and let it cook for another 5 minutes in medium heat.
10. Once the gravy become nice add the vadas to it and reduce the flame for 5 minutes and turn off the flame.
11. Serve hot with idleis, dosa, rice

Dhal Makhani

One more famous dish from the Northern part of India "Dhal Makhani"

Ingredients
Whole Black Gram 1/2 cup soaked and cleaned
While Green Gram 1/4 cup soaked and cleaned
few Red kidney beans soaked and cleaned
Onion -1  big size
Tomato - 1 medium size
2 garlic cloves
pinch of ginger
Dhal makhani masala - 1 tea spoon
Green chillies
Cumin seeds
Cream cheese
Water
Salt
Turmeric
oil
Cumin seeds

Preparation:
1. First take all three dals pressure cook for one whistle on low medium flame.
2. Take a kadai pour butter or oil add cumin seeds, garlic and curry leaves.
3. Now add onion slices and Chilli to it fry it well.
4.Add tomato and pinch of gingerfry it well.
5.Switch off the flame and mash the ingrdients.
6. Take the same kadai pour the mashed masala and fry it again.
7. Add Pressure cooked dhals to it add Dhal makhani masala to it.
8. Chilli powder, turmeric, salt, coriander powder mix it well and if required add the water.
9. Let cook it under low flame for few minutes and at last garnish with coriander leaves..

Serve hot with Roti or Parota

Indian style Veg Sandwiches with Western style Chicken Sausages

Serving Size 3 people

Ingredients
6 Whole Grain Sandwich Bread slices
2 potatoes
1 Small red onion cut into long thin slcies
pinch ginger
cumin seeds
curry leaves few
mustard seeds few
green chilli -1 cut into thin circles
1 small toamto (optional)
Coriander leaves  few
oil - 1/4 tea spoon
salt
Turmeric
pinch of Garam Masala (for flavour)
pepper powder (According to their spice level)
Sandwich Press for making the Sandwiches
3 Chicken Sausages
Ketchup for dipping

Preparation:
1. Make a veg Curry for stuffing the sandwiches
a. Boil the potatoes and mash it well.
b. Take a vessel pour oil once oil getting hot add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, ginger, onion slices, chilli slices fry it well.
c. Once onion get fried add mashed potato and tomato salt, turmeric, pepper mix well and at last garnish with coriander leaves .
2.Take a Sandwich presser keep the one slice of bread and spread the potato stuff and cover with the other bread slice and close the sandwich presser and once it get ready take it out from the press.
3. Coming to Chicken Sausages u will get these sausages in the super markets once it come to room temperature either grill on the Grilling or else take a tawa keep the flame on lower medium and once it get heat tawa the sausages and serve hot with the sandwich and sausages with ketchup or Ranch..

Healthy and Tasty food to small kids... and very Quick dinner to Adults..

Chicken Kebabs

This is for the Non-Veg people...

Ingredients
1 kg Breast meat of Chicken
BBQ satay marinade Sauce
Garlic
white pepper
salt
lime juice
2 table spoons of curd
lime leaves
Mint flakes
Italian Mixed Herbs
olive oil
Bamboo Sticks
1 Red Onion
Bell Peppers

Preparation:
1. Soak the Bamboo sticks in Warm water for 20 minutes.
2. Cut the meat into long thin slices to arrange on Bamboo sticks.
3. Marinate the Meat with all the ingredients except onion and bell peppers.
4. Keep inside the fridge fro 20 to 30 minutes.
5. Sort color wise.


Preheat the grill and grill it on hot plate grill atleast 15 minutes both sides...

Paneer Satays

These kebabs came very yummy..
Ingredients
1 whole paneer cut into big square size cubes
lime leaves
Crushed Garlic
white pepper
salt
lime juice
Oregano herbs
Kasoori methi
1 red onion
bell peppers
olive oil
Barbecue Satay Sauce - 1 1/2 Tea spoon
Bamboo Sticks

Prepartion:
1. Take a bowl 1 tea spoon olive oil, add garlic, lall ingredients except onion and bell peppers marinate the Paneer for 20 minutes inside the fridge with closed lid.
2. Soak the Bamboo Sticks in warm water for 20 minutes.
3. Take onion and bell peppers nice cut into long big slices to arrange on Bamboo Sticks.
4. Now Arrange the Satay like this...(See below picture)


5. If u don't have these herbs add other combination like Lemon grass, mint flakes..
6. Pre heat the Grill now and arrange the stays for 10 min each side.
Serve with BBQ sauce... or Ranch

Gulab Jamoon

First of all i have to say thanks to one my friend "Mythili". She made this one on Vinayaka Chaturdhi awesome i tried it and got the recipe form her with bit changes.

Ingredients
1 whole bowl of Milk Powder
1/3 bowl of Self raising Flour
pinch of Baking soda
saffron - pinch
Cardamon -4
1 bowl of sugar
1 1/2 bowl of Water
Light Thickened Milk
Rose Water
Oil


Note: u can substitute Bowl in terms of Cups also.. I use Bowl that perfect to my family size..


Preparation:
1. Take a wide Non -stick Vessel and pour water, cardamon, saffron (2 cloves make a powder and 2 put as it is), water make a syrup until u get white bubbles (that is perfect ration of syrup). Turn off the flame.
2. Take a steel vessel pout the powder, baking soda, flour and mix with the help of Milk and ferment for 5 -10 minutes on closed lid.
3. Take a Kadai pour oil and make a sall size of balls and fry it on oil under low flame until it turns golden brown and shift into syrup.

Indonesian Baked Whole Red Snapper Fish

Finally i tried Indonesian Fish recipe it tastes yummy

Ingredients

Fresh chives few
garlic crushed 4 cloves
ginger crushed 2 inches
salt (required)
Pepper (required)
olive oil
Chilli powder - 1 tea spoon
Coriander powder
Cumin powder
soya Sauce 2 tea spoons
Fish sauce -1 table spoon
2 red Dried Chillies remove the seeds
1 1/2 Kg Whole Red Snapper Fish
1 banana leaf
Foil Sheet
Braking Tray

Preparation:
1. Clean the red Snapper like removing all scalps, trim the tail, and head.
2. Take a boil add 1 tea spoon olive oil add all the ingredients. (just leave few fish sauce, red chillies, Few drops of soya sauce, and 1/2 potion of ginger and garlic ..for last touch up garnishing)
3. Marinate the fish masala and cover with Bana leaf and again cover with foil sheet and put inside the fridege for 1 hour.
4. Pre heat the oven 200 degrees for 10 minutes and take the baking tray sprinkle olive oil and put the fish and bake it for 20 minutes with the Banana leaf.
5. Now the Remove the banana leaf and bake again 20 - 30 minutes on 150 degree oven heat..
6. Garnishing Take a kadai put the ginger garlic, red chilli, fish sauce , soy sauce few drops water, boil it few seconds and garnish on top of the baked fish serve with the nice bread rolls .

Shell Sweet or Gavallu

I missing my mom made food during the time of festivals...

Ingredients
1/2 kg All purpose flour
1 1/2 table spoon ghee or butter
1 liter oil
salt
jaggery
elachi

Preparation:
1. Take all purpose flour and add pinch of salt to the flour and add ghee mash it well.
2. Add litttle by little water to make dough chapthi dough.
3. Now take a Fork or new comb and use small size of dough  press on it to make a shell shape  and keep in the plate. If ou are using Fork use other side of the fork.
4. Fry all the shell shape dough in oil until it turn Golden color under medium to low flame.
5. Some people make Sugar syrup but i use jaggery syrup bcoz my mom used that.
6. Making syrup add 1/2 glass of water to the kadai with elachi and once the water starts boil add crushed jaggery to it and make thick syrup.
7. Once syrup is done shift the kadai the syrup should be warm not hot or cold, pour all the shells and mix well until all shells coat well.

The shell sweet is ready

Baby Corn Soup

Ingredients
1 small pack of Baby Corn
1 inch of Ginger grated
1/2 liter Vegetable stock
Chives few
pepper
salt
1 cup of Coconut Cream
1 table spoon oil
2 -3 Spring onions
1 red chilli
1/2 cup canned Corn
Lemon Grass (if available i didn't added )
1 table spoon soy sauce

Preparation:
1. Cut the baby corn into long slices like each 2 slices
2. Heat the oil add lemon grass, ginger once it get fry add vegetable stock with spring onion slices and coconut cream bring to boil on a open lid.
3. Add canned corn soya sauce, salt pepper and boil under low flame.
4. Atlast add chives and red chilli as topping..


 Healthy and tasty Soup ready...

Minestrone Soup (Vegetable)

The Italian famous Soup is Minestrone soup. I love this soup with nice baked garlic bread.
Finally i tried came very delicious.

Ingredients
1 liter Vegetable stock
pepper
salt
1 cup thick cut veggies
penny or shell or macroni
fresh parsley
Italian herbs mixed or basil or oregano
onion
tomato
 garlic
 olive oil

Preparation:
1. Take a big vessel pour olive oil add whole garlic cloves or crushed(Depending on your choice)  fry it.
2. Add onion slices.
3.Now pour the vegetable stock to it and let it boil for few minutes.
4.Add mixed veggies , salt, pepper and close the lid.
5. Add penny or shell or maccroni with small cheery tomato or tomato slices, parsley herbs.
6. Add Italian herbs and boil it bit.

Serve hot with garlic bread

BBQ Marryland chicken

This one really good during BBQ times but i don't have BBQ right now so i did on the regular oil.. If you have BBQ try it delicious

Ingredients

4 Marryland Chicken skinless
1 table spoon ginger garlic paste
1/2 cup curd
few curry leaves
few pepper corns
few coriander seeds
few cumin seeds
3 green chillies
1 medium size onion
salt
chilli powder
3 cloves
1 medium size cinnamon stick
1 bay leaf
2 cardamon
few fennel seeds

Preparation:
1. Clean the chicken and keep nice holes with the fork for the marination.
2.Take a bowl add curd, chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, ginger garlic paste mix well and marinate the chicken on it for 1 hour inside the fridge.
3. Mean while mix all other masala ingredients and make a nice paste and marinate for 5 minutes with the chicken and grill it or fry in the pan under low flame.






Serve with the freshly cut veggies...

Peanut Pakoda

I love this snack and very easy one to make in the tea time snack.

Ingredients
1 handfull of peanuts
1/2 table spoon of gram flour
1/4 table spoon of  rice flour
chilli powder
salt
butter
oil
Water

Preparation"
1. Take one bowl add all the ingredients with sprinkling water
2. Fry in the oil until u get crispy peauts.

Serve with nice chai...

Thai Chicken Noodle Soup

After Indian food my vote goes to Thai food especially soups. That too with noodles yummy kids will love it.
Whenever i start think about healthy food then my vote goes to soups and salads.

Ingredients
2 medium pieces of chicken
1/4 bowl noodles
4 -6 Macaroni
pepper
salt
Ajanamotto
1 liter Veg stock or Barley water (I used Barley water)
1/2 cup of mixed veggies
2 cloves of garlic
1 spring onion slices
onion small size
Making Barley water:

Soak the Barley seeds for 1 hour and pressure cook for 4-5 whistles on medium flame once it get watm mash it and mix with water and make a liquid consistency.

Preparation:
1. Take pressure cook clean the chicken and pressure cook the chicken on medium flame for 1 min.
2.Once the chicken cooked , open the lid and seperate the chicken bones from the flush.
3. Take a kadai pour few drops of oil add garlic crushed, onion slices, veggies and fry it well.
4.Add salt, pepper, noodles, Macaroni, cooked chicken pieces to it and cook for 15 min on low flame until all items cooked well.
5.At last garnish with spring onion slices.

Easy Indian Veg stir fry

I tried this one came well very good and right combination with rotis. Whenever we feel very lazy to make some curry with the frozen rotis or parots this will be the best recipe.

Ingredients
3-4 small size boiled poatoes
1 medium size capsicum
1 large carrot
1/2 piece of onion
oil
salt
pepper
soya sauce
Chilli Sauce

Preparation:
1. Take a kadai pour oil add onions and mashed potatoes to the heated kadai and fry it.
2.Add capsicum slcies and carrot slices to it fry it.
3.Now add soya sauce, chilli sauce, salt pepper.

Serve hot with rotis

Easy Cabbage fry

This is also same cabbage recipe like others but bit difference but really gives nice taste with combination of Rotis.

Ingredients
cumin seeds
green chillies slices - 2-3
curry leaves
2 red chillies
garlic crushed -2
1 medium size onion
turmeric
salt
1/2 big cabbage

Preparation:

1.Take cabbage shred it nicely with the vegetable shredder and keep aside.
2.Take a plat wide kadai pour oil add cumin seeds, curry leaves, red chilli and green chilli, onion slices fry it well.
3. Now add shredded cabbage to it with turmeric and salt fry it well.
Note: Don't close the lid

Cauliflower Potato Kurma

Finally i tried one more good recipe with the cauliflower and potato.

Ingredients

1 bay leaf
2 cloves
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
4 big potatoes
1/2 big Cauliflower
fresh coconut paste 1/2 bowl
chilli powder
coriander powder
turmeric
salt
jeera seeds
 1 big onion
1 tomato

Preparation:

1. Take a kadai pour oil add cumin seeds, bayleaf, cloves, curry leaves(optional), add the sliced onions and fry it well.
2. Mean while take the cauliflower clean it and keep aside.
3.Peel the potato skin and cut into cubes and keep aside.
4. Make a nice paste of fried masala in kadai and again fry it with tomato paste.
5.Now add all the ingredients like coconut paste, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, e.t.c and finally add potato cubes with cauliflower and pressure cook under low flame for 1 whistle with sufficient water.
Garnish with coriander leaves.

UTTAPAM

My husband favorite thing is "UTTAPAM" . Very easy we can make with regular idly or dosa batter with veggies.

Ingredients
1 bowl Dosa Batter
1 onion thin and small slices
coriander thin slices
carrots again thin slices
Tomato (I didn't put)
green chillies thin and circle slices.

Preparation:
1.Heat the Dosa tawa and pour the dosa batter thickly and spread all the veggies on top of it.
2. Add light oil to it.
3. Turn other side and cook well.

I served this dish with coconut chutney..

Note: If Batter looks veyr thick add bit of water.

Mushroom Lasagna

This is my own idea and recipe last i make meat lasagna this time i tried with mushroom bit simple recipe very yummy. In my house all members don't like mushroom but it's really good for health so i tried this recipe came well.

Ingredients
1 cup of mushrooms
1 white onion
1 garlic clove
Italian herbs
salt
Pepper
bell peppers
pasta sauce
cheese
olive oil
tomato

Preparation:
1. Take a pan pour olive oil add onion slices garlic, tomato slices and bell pepper slices one by one fry it and once it get fried shift into aluminum covered tray and keep aside.
2. Now take another kadai don't pour anything on it just add cleaned sliced mushroom slices and fry it.
3.Shift those to the tray on top of the onions and other veggies.
4. Add pepper and salt with herbs (please consider pasta sauce , and cheese having salt) try to reduce the salt content.
5.Now cover everything with pasta sauce mostly it will take half bottle sauce and garnish with herbs again and final touch with cheese and again herbs.
6. Pre heat the oven180under fan froced heat and bake it for 15 minutes  (it may vary oven types)
7. You can also add lasagna sheets if u want i just avoided it in this recipe.

Serve hot my husband and kids loved it and we all finished it

Eggplant Parmigiana with Baked Potato and Carrot orange Soup

I tried different combination with Italian style.


1. Carrot  Orange Soup
2. Baked Potato
3. Eggplant Parmigiana

Carrot Orange Soup Recipe:
Ingredients
1/2 kg carrots
1 fresh orange
1 liter Veg stock or Chicken Stock
Italian Spices
pepper
salt
onions
olive oil

Preparation:
1. Take a sauce pan add olive oil 2 teaspoons, add onion slices, carrot slices to it and cook it with closed lid.
2. Now remove it from the flame let it cool down.
3. Mash cooked onion and carrots with nice blender.
4.Take same sauce pan pour the vegetable stock cook on low flame add salt, pepper, Italian herbs and add all the mashed content to it cook on low flame.
5.At last squeeze the orange juice to it and mix it well.
6.Turn off the flame.




Baked Potato

Peel the Potatoes cut into 2 slices each potato and place on the aluminum sheet in a oven tray apply olive oil or butter with brush and bake it until it cook.

Eggplant

Ingredients
1 big eggplant cut into thin circular slices
Beaten egg
Bread Crumbs
Salt
Pepper
Parmesan cheese
Pasta Sauce
oil
Italian Herbs

Preparation:

1. Take the each eggplant slice and dip into beaten egg and coat with bread crumbs and fry it in oil keep aside. (for pure vegeterians can use only bread crumbs with eggplant or plain egg plant will be placed instead of that)
2. Take the Aluminum sheet tray place all the fried slices and bake it under 180 under fanforced heat for 4 to 5 minutes
3. Now add the pasta sauce to cover all the slices add layer wise and salt, pepper, herbs.
4. Now add Cheese as toppings and cook it for 15 minutes or until it get ready.


These dishes always tasty whenever it is fresh and hot.

Mutton Biryani Pan

This is Quick Biryani recipe The older which given will take long time but this will take very less time.

Ingredients

1 Kg mutton (tell to butcher to cut into biryani pieces size which is big)
2 medium size onions
2 tomatoes
1 medium size cinnamon stick
3 cloves
3 cardamon
1 big bay leaf
few fennel seeds
1/2 teaspoon biryani powder
1/2 tea spoon garam masala powder.
mint leaves (optional i didn't added)

4 Rice cups of Basmati rice (I use Dawaat)

Marination of meat with the Ingredients

Cup of curd
Turmeric
Salt
Lemon juice
Coriander powder
Chilli Powder

Just clean the meat applying turmeric for few minutes and clean with water. Later add all the marination ingredients and keep 1 to 2 hours in fridge.

Preparation:
1. Take flat pan pour oil add all the fennel seeds, cardamon, cinnamon, cloves, bay leaf.
2. Once it get fry add the onion long thin slices to it fry until it turns golden brown.
3. Add tomato slices to it and mix well.
4. Now add Marinated Meat to it and cook until the water get evaporated and last add garam masala and biryani masala and fry it bit.
5. Now shift entire content to pressure cooker and pressure cook until get one whistle on medium flame (This plays major role).
6. Now let it cool down and mean while soak the rice for 2 -3 minutes.
7. Take the pan cooker shift all the content to it add mint and spring onions(For cooking meat u can use any other pressure cooker but for making biryani use pan cooker it will come well without burning on last).
8. Add 5 cups of water for 4 cups od Dwaat rice and mix all the ingredients and pressure cook on low flame for 2 whistle and remove the pan from the burner.


Serve hot with raita but i like plain birynai

Veg Manchurian

When i went to one frends get together one of the couple bought this dish (My thanks to those Couple Deepa and Mathavan) it was yummy so i asked the recipe that they got from the vahrehvah website so finally i given a try. It really came good.



Vegetables


Chop the thin slices of all veggies
Cabbage
Carrot
Cauliflower
Celery
Bell pepper
Beans and peas

Ingredients

Pepper Powder
Corn flour
Chopped chilli
Spring onion
Chopped ginger
Soya sauce
Chilli paste
Ajanamoto
Salt
Cooked rice



Preparation

1.Take 2 cups of water boil the water and pour all the veggies to it and close the lid cook on low flame util veggies get cooked.
2. Squeeze the water from the veggies using some cloth or filter and keep the water aside.
3.Now add salt, ajanamoto, chopped chillies, pepper powder, chopped ginger, soya sauce,chilli sauce or paste, spring onions, add cooked rice ,  corn flour and mix well and make a nice dumplings keep aside.
4. fry all dumplings and keep aside.
5.If u found that dumpling is breaking while frying then it needs more rice . Add more cooked rice mix well and try it again

Making Manchurian Sauce
Soya sauce
Chilli paste
Chopped garlic
Chopped ginger
Pepper powder
Green chillies slices
Onions
Spring onions
Salt
Ajanamoto
Sugar
Sesame oil
Sweet and sour sauce
Veg stock or water
Corn flour
Cumin seeds

Making Manchurian sauce:
1.Add corn flour to the veg water and take a kadai pour sesame oil to it.
2. add some cumin seeds to it
3. add chopped garlic, chopped ginger, chopped onions to it and fry it well.
4. Add green chilli , pepper powder, soya sauce, sweet and sour sauce to it.
5. Add chilli paste, little ajanamoto, very little salt at last add spring onions
6.Add veg water to it make a nice sauce.

Note: if u have sweet and sour sauce then no need to add sugar otherwise add sugar.

Making Dry Manchurian:
1.Heat the half sauce and add dumpling s

Making Manchurian Curry:
Add the heavy sauce and Dumplings add vegetable stock (left over ) to the sauce and boil on low flame and add some corn flour for thick and now add dumplings.

Vegetable Soup with Baked Salmon Fish

Finally i want to give bit healthy dinner to family so i tried this.

Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
1 bowl of mixed veggies
Cooked 1 cup of barley
Garlic 2 cloves
Spring onions
salt
pepper
few macaroni for taste
Olive oil

Preparation:
1. Soak the barley and pressure cook it.
2. Take a kadai pour olive oil add crushed garlic n bowl veggies and cook it well.
3. Add cooked barley with whole water.
4.Add salt and pepper with macaroni boil on low flame for 20 minutes.
5.Garnish with spring onion slices.


Baked Salmon

Marination:
Take a salmon pieces clean with pinch of turmeric and keep aside.
Make a nice masala with 2 teaspoons of chilli powder, coriander powder, pepper powder, salt,.1/2 teaspoon oil mix the masala and coat with salmon and marinate for 10 minutes

Baking:
Place a aluminium foil in the oven tray and place the salmon slices on top of it.
Preheat the oven 220 and keep the tray inside the oven for 20 minutes and turn the slices and bake agian for 10 minutes at 180 heat.



Note: Remove the skin of salmon garnish lemon juice when u r eating

chow chow sambar

Finally even i tried show chow sambar it's tasty. I got fresh chow chow from the plant i cooked with dal.

Ingredients
2 chow chow cut into equal sizes
garlic
1 cup dal soaked cooked with pinch turmeric
2 red chillies
1 medium onion slices
1 tomato
1 bowl tamarind juice
salt
chilli powder
coriander powder
salt
mustard seeds,
few chenna dal
few uradh dal
curry leaves
oil


Preparation:
1.Take a kadai pour oil add mustard seeds, chenna dal , uradh dal, red chillies, curry leaves, crushed garlic.
2. Fry all the seasoning ingredients add sliced onions and fry it well.
3. Now add chow chow slices with tomatoes and cook with tamriind juice for 15 minutes on low flame
4. Now add cooked dal chilli powder, coriander powder, salt.
5. Boil until u get nice sambar smell.
6.Serve with hot rice and nice rice dish.

Shrimp Fried Rice

Easy recipes really works well with the kids. I tried shrimp fried rice it yummy


Ingredients
100 grams shrimps
garlic 2 cloves
spring onions 1
1 bowl of mixed vegetables
(mostly i choose color full like carrots, peas, beans, bell peppers)
Ajanamoto
soy sauce
chilli sauce
pepper powder
salt
ginger garlic paste
chilli powder
turmeric
2 cups of cooked rice
egg (optional)

Preparation:
1. Marinate the cleaned shrimp with chilli powder, coriander powder, 1/4 tea spoon of ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric.
2.Fry it in 1 tea spoon of oil keep aside.
3.Take a kadai pour oil add chopped garlic and add cup of vegetables fry it well.
4.Now all other ingredients like spring onions, soy sauce, chilli sauce, ajanamoto, salt , pepper to it and fry well.
5.Now add cooked shrimp and stir nicely.
6. Now ad cooked rice and close the lid on very low flame for 5 min.
7.Serve hot.

Minced Goat Lasagne - Indo -Italian Dish

I love Italian dish i am so crazy about their dishes some best dishes i love is minestrone soup, eggplant paramasan, Meat lasagne, Lobstor dishes. Finally i tried meat lasagne it came well.
I used lasagne sheets we can use without those sheets if u want to use the sheets u will get in the grocessory stores.

Ingredients
basil leavs,
other Italian herbs
cheddar cheese
pasta sauce or canned tomato sauce 750 grams
500 grams minced goat meat or other meat
onions fried in oil
bell pepper fried in oil
carrots (optional)
salt  and pepper (according to your taste)
lasagne sheets
chilli powder
coriander powder
salt
ginger garlic paste

Preparation:

1.Marinate the cleaned meat with salt, gingergarlic paste, chillipowder, coriander powder after 15 min cook it.
2. Cut the onion and fry in oil.
3.Same fry all veggies.
4.Take a oven tray keep some baking sheet or aluminum foil sprinkle oil add fried onions and veggies with some less salt and pepper again add cooked meat(meat already have salt and spicy), add pasta sauce (salt is already with spices), add chedar cheese with pepper (cheese will have salt) add alla italian herbs and close with the lasagne sheets and top of it add cheese again
5. Pre heat the oven at 180 C and keep the tray inside and cook for 35 to 40 minutes.
Serve hot with garlic bread or minestrone soup.


IT's Yummy

Simple Fish Biryani

It is very simple and different whenever we feel eating fish curry we can make fish biryani . Rice lovers love this recipe.

Ingredients
1 fish big cut into slices
but i used small size fishes
2 cups of basmati rice
bay leavs
cloves,
ginger garlic paste
cardamon
cinnamon
curry leaves
spring onions
chillipowder
onion slices
tomato
coriander leaves
bay leaves
green chillies

Making gravy with fish:


fish is very soft and it is having bone too so choose the fish which is having long thick bone and make a biryani i just tried with small fishes but you also tr with the big fish pieces.

1. Take onion make into long thin slices and tomato also thick slices
2. Take a kadai pour oil add mustard seeds and onion slices fry ti well and tromato slices and ginger garlic paste.
3. Reduce the flame and cook ntil u get nice gravy later add fish pieces to it and cook under low flame if your like more cooked gravy then fry the fish pieces with chillipowder and salt in oil and then add to the gravy.
4. add chillipowder and sufficient salt to the existing gravy once the gravy become thicken keep aside.

Making Biryani rice.

1.Take a kadai add oil add all cinnamon, cloves, cardamon, bay leaves, biryani flowers, green chillies now add 3 cups of water last add sufficient salt to the rice
.2. Add soaked rice without water to the content cook the rice.


Once rice and gravy ready take big vessel layer wise add rice spring onions, second layer fish gravy

keep on low flame and cook for 10 to 15 min with closed lid

and before serving very gently mix the rice and gravy without breaking the fish pieces and serve

Gobi Alu with green Peas (Andhra Style)

I love North India dishes but i hate cauliflower . In my fridge i have big cauliflower and lot of potatoes. So i have no choice so i tried this dish came very well.. I love it delicious it goes well with jeera rice , parotha , any bread.

Ingredients

1 bay leaves
few cumin seeds
onion- 1 medium size
one tomato - medium size
cauliflower flakes
potato -2 or 3
small cup of peas
salt
chilli powder
curd
lemon juice bit.
oil

Marination:
Before 2 hours of making the curry just cut the potatoes in long thin slices and seperate the cauliflower flakes and mix both with curd and lemon juice keep a side.
Preparation:
1.Take a kadai pour oil once it get heat add bay leaves and cumin seeds.
2.Add onion slices fry it well.
3.Make nice paste of onion and masala.
4.Now add tomato mashed.
5.let it cook some time then add cauliflower and potato close the lid of low flame and stir occassionally.
6. Once the veggies become tender and soft add peas and bit water for nice gravy.
7.Add salt, chilli powder, coriander powder.
8.Serve with rice or bread.

Pav Bhaji

Finally i got the nice recipe thanks to my facebook frends and youtube.


Serving Size 
4 members
Time : 20 min
 Ingredients

Capsicum slices few
Onion slices - 1
Tomato slices- 1
Boiled potatoes boiled and mashed -2  medium size
Peas- ½ cup
Red chilli powder -1/2 table spoon
Turmeric – ½ tea spoon
Ginger garlic paste- ½ tabl;e spoon
Water - few
Salt
Pav bhaj  masala
Butter
Lemon juice
Food color pinch
Bread rolls
Preparation:

1.Place capsicum slices on heated tawa and allow some water to cook it well.
2.  one medium size tomato slices add to it cook well.
3. Boiled potatoes 2 mash it and mix to the existing cooking veggies.
4. Add water to the veggies and mash it well. With masher on tawa itself.
5. Add Green Peas and Sprinkle some Red Chilli powder on top of it.
6. 1 spoon full of ginger garlic paste to the existing gravy, turmeric powder, and water again .
7.Allow veggies to become tender and add butter to mix well all veggies.
8.  Add water and mash all veggies nicely like nice paste.
9. Add pav bhaji masala to the cooking gravy.
10. add sufficient salt and chopped coriander leaves.
11. Keep mashing and cooking till the oil seperates  nad will get thick gravy.
12.  Take another kadai heat it add butter add onion slices to it mix well.
13.  again some ginger garlic paste pinch of chilli powder, pav bhaji masala, kasoori methi mix well with water.
14. asfatodia, lemon juice to the new gravy, coriander leaves, food color to it.
15. Now mix all 2 gravies and mash it well.


Now Masala for Pav

1.Heat some butter on tawa add chilli powder , coriander leaves, pav bhaji masala.
2. Take bread split into horizontal and wipe on the masala and close the bread.
3. Outer sides also the butter should be spread all sides of the bread.


Note:

Here mashing i used mixy to get hick gravy and i used hot dog rolls for pav

Soy Bean Fried Rice

Soy bean is good source of protein to vegetable people and healthy to small kids . I love soy nuggets in any form..

Ingredients
1 bowl cooked rice
1 egg
1 cup fried soy beans or nuggets
1 cup pure mixed veggies
2 spring onion slices
garlic shredded 2 cloves
pepper and salt
ajnamotto pinch
green chilli sauce 1/2 tea spoon
mushroom soy sauce 1/4 tea spoon

Preparation:
1.Take a kadai pour oil add garlic fry it well add veggies and fry it well.
2.Add fried soy nuggets ( Boil the nuggets in water and later squeeze the water add salt and pepper fry it on oil)
3.Add sauce green chilli, mushroom, salt, ajnamoto, spring onions.
4.Beat the egg pour on cooked rice and now add that rice to veggies and stir well until u keep egg cooked.

Serve with any side dish i served with paneer butter masala

Onion Chutney

Goes well with dosa,Idly. My husband likes onion chutney
Ingredients
1 medium size onion cut into slices
3 to 4 red chillies
1 tablespoon chenna dal
1 tablespoon uradh dal
few curry leaves
mustard seeds
Tamarind 1 inch
salt

Preparation:

1.Take a vessel heat oil and add 2 dals and fry it with curry leaves, red chillies, mustard seeds
2.Now add onions fry well.
3.Once it get warm grind it with salt and tamarind with water.
4.Serve with nice idlies

Lamb Biryani with Cucumber Carrot Raitha

Today i have lot of curd so i want to use it properly otherwise it may spoil. So Biryani takes lot of curd i tried lamb biryani with the same recipe which i used in goat and chicken biryani previously with few changes

Ingredients

Step 1:
Meat Marination
1  kg Lamb big pieces
1/2 table spoon ginger garlic paste
100 grams curd
turmeric pinch
chilli powder 1 tea spoon
coriander powder 2 tea spoons
salt only for the lamb
pinch of garam masala

Clean the lamb with turmeric and add all the ingredients and marinate 1 hour outside.


Preparation Gravy:

Take a kadai and pour oil and add marinated meat to it and cook until u found thick gravy turn off the flame and keep aside.

Step 2:
Take 2 medium size onions and cut into thin long slices and fry it until it turns golden brown in ghee or oil.
Keep Aside
Take few mint leaves clean with water and keep aside.
Take coriander leaves clean with water cut into nice thin slices and keep aside.
Take a Spring onions clean it and cut into nice thin circles and keep aisde.
Take a pinch of orange food color mix with milk or water (10 drops) keep aside.

Step 3:

Making Biryani Rice:

Ingredients:
1 kg India Gate Basmati rice or other brand
4 whole green chillies
2 biryani flowers
1 long thin cinnamon stick
few fennel seeds
4 cardamon medium size
3 cloves
biryani leaves 1 big one
salt
oil
6 cups water

Preparation:
Take a rice cooker pour 6 cups of water and boil it by closing the lid.
Now take a kadi pour oil add all masala ingredients ith green chillies and fry it add to the boiling water.
Clean the rice with water and keep aside.
Add sufficient salt to the boilign water.
Add rice to it and cook it.


Step 4:

Take a big closed lid vessel add rice one layer , seocnd layer meat with gravy third layer rice, fourth layer fried onions, greens, fifth layer rice, sixth layer meat gravy until u finish all ingredients add color to it, close the lid and keep on low flame.

 Step 5 :

Making Cucumber Carrot Raitha:

Ingredients
1 small onion cut into long thin slices
2 green chillies cut into small thin circles
1/4 cucumber cut into small slices
1 medium size carrot shred using shredder
salt

Mix all in a bowl
1 cup curd

voollipaya neeti pesarattu (Onion Green lenthil dosa with ghee)

The famous Andhra breakfast "Pesarattu" . In andhra people do different pesarattu very famous breakfast some people like with onions and some like with cashews. Some like golden brown crispy some like dark green soft one... It all depends on their taste people like to eat with rava upma and pesarattu that is called upma pesarattu.

Ingredients
1 cup split moong dal (with skin)
salt
ginger pinch
cumin seeds
green chillies
onion
ghee
curry leaves

Batter Preparation:
Soak the dal 1 to 2 hours depending on their climate conditions
and nicely grind it with ginger, chillies, cumin seeds, curry leaves,salt by adding little bit of water.

Making Hot  Hot Pesarattu:
1.Take a dosa tawa and heat it pour batter and make same like dosa and add small sliced onions on top of it and once it getting ready add ghee to it and turn other side and serve with nice fresh chutney.
2.Most people serve with tamarind chutney or ginger chutney bcoz of good digestion.
3.Here i used onion peanut chutney with curry leaves.

Note: Any lenthils will take time to get digest thats the reason we add ginger, cumin seeds e.t.c all these help to good digestion.
