Now a days i have to choose a lot of varieties for my kids lunch boxes. Wrap is the easiest lunch for kids and also save the cooking time.
Ingredients
1/2 kg Chicken breast
pepper
ginger garlic paste
olive oil
salt
Italian mixed herbs
Marinate all these with the chicken breast in fridge for 3 hour or overnight.
Cup of mixed veggies
Lettuce
Whole meal Wrap or regular wrap
Preparation:
1. Grill the Chicken breast and keep aside on medium flame.
2. half cook the onions, bell peppers with salt and pepper keep aside.
3. Now a wrap and keep lettuce, half cooked veggies and chicken breast and wrap it and steam it under Sandwich presser.
Note: I always tawa bit both side of the wrap before wraping and and adding the vegetables.
Cut like this by that kids will easily hold it and eat the wrap.

Mutton Biryani Pan
This is Quick Biryani recipe The older which given will take long time but this will take very less time.
Ingredients
1 Kg mutton (tell to butcher to cut into biryani pieces size which is big)
2 medium size onions
2 tomatoes
1 medium size cinnamon stick
3 cloves
3 cardamon
1 big bay leaf
few fennel seeds
1/2 teaspoon biryani powder
1/2 tea spoon garam masala powder.
mint leaves (optional i didn't added)
spring onions
oil
4 Rice cups of Basmati rice (I use Dawaat)
Marination of meat with the Ingredients
Cup of curd
Turmeric
Salt
Lemon juice
Coriander powder
Chilli Powder
Just clean the meat applying turmeric for few minutes and clean with water. Later add all the marination ingredients and keep 1 to 2 hours in fridge.
Preparation:
1. Take flat pan pour oil add all the fennel seeds, cardamon, cinnamon, cloves, bay leaf.
2. Once it get fry add the onion long thin slices to it fry until it turns golden brown.
3. Add tomato slices to it and mix well.
4. Now add Marinated Meat to it and cook until the water get evaporated and last add garam masala and biryani masala and fry it bit.
5. Now shift entire content to pressure cooker and pressure cook until get one whistle on medium flame (This plays major role).
6. Now let it cool down and mean while soak the rice for 2 -3 minutes.
7. Take the pan cooker shift all the content to it add mint and spring onions(For cooking meat u can use any other pressure cooker but for making biryani use pan cooker it will come well without burning on last).
8. Add 5 cups of water for 4 cups od Dwaat rice and mix all the ingredients and pressure cook on low flame for 2 whistle and remove the pan from the burner.
Serve hot with raita but i like plain birynai

Minced Goat Lasagne - Indo -Italian Dish
I love Italian dish i am so crazy about their dishes some best dishes i love is minestrone soup, eggplant paramasan, Meat lasagne, Lobstor dishes. Finally i tried meat lasagne it came well.
I used lasagne sheets we can use without those sheets if u want to use the sheets u will get in the grocessory stores.
Ingredients
basil leavs,
other Italian herbs
cheddar cheese
pasta sauce or canned tomato sauce 750 grams
500 grams minced goat meat or other meat
onions fried in oil
bell pepper fried in oil
carrots (optional)
salt and pepper (according to your taste)
lasagne sheets
chilli powder
coriander powder
salt
ginger garlic paste
Preparation:
1.Marinate the cleaned meat with salt, gingergarlic paste, chillipowder, coriander powder after 15 min cook it.
2. Cut the onion and fry in oil.
3.Same fry all veggies.
4.Take a oven tray keep some baking sheet or aluminum foil sprinkle oil add fried onions and veggies with some less salt and pepper again add cooked meat(meat already have salt and spicy), add pasta sauce (salt is already with spices), add chedar cheese with pepper (cheese will have salt) add alla italian herbs and close with the lasagne sheets and top of it add cheese again
5. Pre heat the oven at 180 C and keep the tray inside and cook for 35 to 40 minutes.
Serve hot with garlic bread or minestrone soup.

I generally do kheema fry but this time i tried kheema curry it's good.
Serving size : 6 people
Ingredients
Kheema - 250 grams
2 medium size onions
2 big tomato
ginger garlic paste
curry leaves
mint leaves
coriander leaves
chilli powder
coriander powder
garam masala -pinch
salt
turmeric
Preparation:
1. Take a kadai pour oil add onion slices fry it well keep aside.
2.Now take tomato fry it well and keep aside.
3.Now add ginger garlic paste fry it bit and mix all three and make a nice paste with all green leaves(curry leaves, mint, coriander)
4.Take a same kadai pour oil add masala paste fry it well once it get fried add kheema to it.
5.Add turmeric, salt, chillipowder, coriander powder, water let it cook some time.
6. Garnish with spring onions or coriander leaves.
Serve hot with rice and chapthi or any other bread

Lamb Kofta Curry
A very delicious dish i tried first time came well.
servings size : 6 people
Ingredients
Making kofta balls :
Lamb Kheema -250 grams
mint leaves - 1/2 bunch
coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch
ginger garlic - 2 teaspoon
1 big onion
3 green chillies
curry leaves - few
salt
turmeric
Preparation:
1.Clean the lamb kheema running water and keep aside.
2.Apply turmeric to Kheema marinate 5 min.
3.Take a kadai pour oil fry all the onion slices until it turn golden brown,chillies, leaves ginger garlic paste.
4.Once all the ingedients got fried add lamb kheema and fry it well until it get cooked adding salt.
5.Turn off the flame and let it get cold.
6.Mash it well using mixy and add bread crumbs make a small size balls and bake it 20 minutes on oven.

Making Curry (Gravy)
Ingredients
2 medium size onions
1 cup curd
poppy seeds few
curry leaves
Kasuri methi
garam masala
ginger garlic paste
salt
chilli powder
coriander powder
water
1 tomato
Making Gravy:
1. Take a kadai pour oil add poppy seeds and onion slices fry it well.
2.Add curry leaves and ginger garlic paste once onion fried well.
3.Add tomato slices fry it well..
4.Make a nice paste of these fried things.
5.Use same kadai pour bit oil and gravy masala to it and fry it well after some time add cup of curd and water.
6.Add water, garam masala, chilli powder, salt, kasuri methi leaves,coriander powder mix well.
7. Cook some time and turn of the flame garnish with coriander leaves.
Note : Here we adding salt separately so avoid excess salt in gravy.
Once your family is ready to eat then keep kofta balls in curry let is soak few minutes and serve hot with rice or bread..

Lamb Liver Fry
Good source of Iron to small kids. i do this dish when i want to give iron rich food to my kids.. They like it very well..
Ingredients
1/2 Lamb Liver
mustard seeds
cinnamon stick small piece
1 medium red onion
curry leaves
2 cardamon
2 clvoes
1 bay leaf
few fennel seeds
few cumin seeds
Mint leaves
spring onions few
coriander leaves
1 small tomato
1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
few whole pepper corn
chilli powder
coriander powder
salt
oil
Preparation:
1. Clean the lamb liver cut into small pieces.
2.Take a kadai pour oil add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, pepper corn, curry leaves, fennel seeds, cardamon, cinnamon, cloves, bay leave and sliced onion fry it well until onion turn into golden brown.
3.Now add ginger garlic paste and tomato slices fry it well.
4.Remove from the flame make a nice paste keep aside.
5.Now take a another kadai pour little bit oil add grinded masala and liver pieces and mix well with salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, mint leaves, spring onions slices stir well till 20 minutes on low flame.
6.Now add coriander leaves and remove from the flame.
I served with dish with rice and Dal rasam kids enjoyed

I always select easy items in the morning bcoz i have very less time to pack my husband box.
And i love this dish came well..
Ingredients
Boneless chicken pieces
ginger garlic paste
salt
pepper
vinegar
egg- 1
chilli sauce
ajnamoto
soya sauce
spring onion
garlic cloves
cup of veggies
1/2 green and red bell pepper
Cooked rice
Turmeric (to clean chicken)
pinch of food color
Preparation:
1.Take Boneless chicken cut into small pieces and apply turmeric marinate 5 min nd clean with fresh water keep aside.
2.Take ginger garlic paste, food color apply to chicken.
3.Taka non stick vessel fry the chicken pieces with the help of oil, salt and pepper.
4.After well fried keep aside.
5.Now take cooked rice (if u r freshly cooking add some oil and salt).
6. Take a egg break the shell and beat the egg pour top of rice.
7.Take another vessel pour oil fry the garlic slices and then add cup of vegetables fry it well.
8.Add salt, vinegar,pepper to it and fry well.
9.Now add green and red bell pepper slices fry it well.
10. And at last add chilli sauce, soy sauce, ajnamoto turn off the flame.
11.Take another non stick vessel pour oil fry the rice(which we pour egg) fry it well when you egg is cooking with rice.

Chicken Burger
This is also one easiest breakfast but here we don't use chicken patties(it's heavy in the morning) so i use chicken slices..
Serving size 2 burgers will come to 4 people for their morning breakfast
Ingredients
Burger bread
mayonnaise
cucumber slices
tomato slices
lettuce
cheese slices -1
chicken slices 2-3
Preparation:
Take a burger bread and cut into two layers
Apply mayonnaise both ends of the 2 pieces
Now sort the cliced veggies on top of it like one layer cucumber other layer tomato other layer cheese other layer lettuce and other layer chickn slices and close with other bread slice and press it microwave 1 -2 minutes and serve..

Chicken with Coconut Cream
This recipe is suitable to the people who love more gravy.
Ingredients
1/2 kg chicken
1/2 potatos (optional)
cinnamon stick - 1 inch thin
cloves- 2
cardamon- 2
bay leaf- 2 small
chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
ginger garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoon
coriander powder -1 teaspoon
cup of coconut cream(available in Korean and Chinese stores )
onions- 1 big
tomaotes - 2 small
mustard seeds
pinch cumin powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
curry leaves
garnishing cilantro, spring onion
Before Cooking:
Apply pinch turmeric powder to chicken marinate 5- 10 min wash it. IT removes the odd smell and bacteria
Preparation:
1.Take a kadai pour oil add mustard seeds, curry leaves, cinnamon, cloves, cardamon, bay leaf,onion slices fry it well.
2.Add tomato slices and ginger garlic paste fry it well
3. Add chicken and potato slices stir well
4.Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, pepper powder, coconut cream
5.Pressure cook on low flame until u get 1 whistle.
6.Turn off the flame once it get warm open the cooker lid and garnish with spring onions, cliantro.
This will nicely go wiih rice, parotha, chapathi

Yummy Chicken Lollipops
My Sons love this dish .. If you have small age kids, then definitely you have to try this...
Simply they love it.. Of course, me to..
Ingredients
Chicken lollipops (u have to take some particular joints with bone and cut the muscles in down area and bend it into lollipop shape)
salt
ginger garlic paste
food color
turmeric
chillipowder
coriander powder
garam masala
oil
curd
lemon juice
Marination:
Take chicken lollipops (per whole chicken you may get 4 lollipops) marinate with turmeic powder and after 2 minutes wash it with water.
Now add Add all the ingredients except oil one by one and marinate 30 min to 1 hour
Preparation:
If you have oven preheat the oven cook this oven.

1.Take a kadai pour oil heat it on medium flame
2. Add mustard seeds, fennel seeds, curry leaves, cinnamon, cardamon, cloves, bay leave, whole black pepper seeds fry it bit on low flame.
3.Add onion slices fry it well
4.Add tomato slices to it fry well
5.Now add ginger garlic paste fry it well

Spicy Lamb Fry
I love non-veg even my kids too..
Here in australia i get lamb bit cheaper than goat meat
my husband like fried meat than curry..
Ingredients
1/2 kg lamb
ginger garlic paste
cinnamon
cardamon

Apply turmeric to lamb pieces marinate 2 minutes and clean with water
Preparation
1.Take lamb cut into small pieces and pressure cook it on low flame until one visil
take it on bowl keep aside
2. Take kadai heat oil pour curry leaves and mustard seeds , fry it well
3. Now add fennel seeds , add sliced onions and fry well until onions turn into golden brown
4. Now take everything keep in a bowl
5.Add ginger garlic paste to oil and fry it well
6. Add tomato slices fry well add the totatl content mash it well like paste(all onions and tomato fries)
7.Take a kadai pour bit oil add mashed paste fry it well until become thick paste no need to add extra water
8. Now add cooked lamb pieces to it and fry it well
9.Add chilli powder, coriander powder, more pepper powder,salt to it
10.Until it become dry garnish with coriander leaves if available garnish with spring onions before switch of the burner..
yummy dish ready.........
I genrally serve ricewith this dish or parotha
Here in australia i get lamb bit cheaper than goat meat

Goat Head Curry
My husband love this curry i tried first time fro him it came well.
Ingredients
Goat head (completly removed skin and cut into small pieces)
ginger garlic paste
mustard seeds
curry leaves
cinamon stick
cloves
cardamon
bay leaf
onions -2
tomatoes -1
chilli powder - 1/2 spoon
coriander powder -1 spoon
pepper powder - 1/4 spoon
salt
coriander leaves for garnish
Preparation:
1.Heat tava pour oil add mustard seeds, curry leaves, cinnamon stick, bayleaf, cardamon, cloves, fry it well..
2.Now add Onion slices here i added onion paste
3.Add tomatos
4.Fry well add turmeric, chillipowder, coriander powder, pepper powder salt

Chicken Butter Masala
I love chicken not only me my kids too.. Chicken in any form all love to eat.. here i tried this chicken butter masala by own style.. kids love it . I generally prepare this with veg rice or pulkas..
Ingredients
1/2 kg chicken (some people prefer white meat some red meat depends on their taste)
onion -1
tomato puree - 1 cup
cloves -2
bay leaf-1
gaam masala powder -1 spoon
ginger garlic paste - 1 spoon
cashew paste -1 spoon
curry leaves- few
kasurimethi - 1/2 spoon
tandoori masala - 1/2 spoon
chilli powder- 1/2 spoon
corainder powder - 1 spoon
coriander leaves few
spring onions -1 cut into small slices
oil or butter
milk cream
green chillies
mustard seeds
food color
salt
turmeic
For gavy
boil the peeled onion 15 min and make paste
soak the cashews and make it paste
cut the chillies into long thin slices
chicken marination:
Take the chicken and marinate with above ingredients like salt, chillipowder, coriander powder,turmeric, ginger garlic paste and keep aside, later add food color to it
After 10 min fry it in oil keep aside
Preparation:
1.Take a kadai pour butter or oil (Depends on your diet)
2. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves.
3.Now add green chilli slices fry well
4.Add onion paste and fry well
5. Add tomato puree and fry well

Ingredients
Dry mutton pieces few
Brinjal long 4-5
Garlic cloves -3
Curry leaves few
Onions -3
Tomatoes -1 or 2 depends on your taste
Chilli powder
Corainder Powder
Salt
Mustard seeds
Jeera Seeds
Preparation:
1.Soak dry mutton fro few minutes like 10 -15 minutes
2. Cut the onions into small pieces
3. Cut the red tomatoes.
4.Chop the garlic cloves
5.Now take a kadai and pour oil keep on medium flame..
6.Once the oil get heat add mustard seeds, jeera seeds to oil with garlic and curry leaves fry it bit
7.Add onion pieces fry it well untill it turns golden brown
8.Add tomatoes and brinjal fry it on low flame
9. Cut the soaked mutton pieces and cut into small pieces
10.Add to the vegetables and add turmeric,salt,chilli powder,coriander powder
11.Stir well add 1/2 cup water and keep in the pressure cooker on low flame for 2 whistles..
12.Serve hot with rice

Tandoor Chicken
Ingredients:
For 2 drumsticks
marinate with these masala before day night
Masala preparation:
1 table spoon curd
l/2 teaspoon chilli
1 teaspoon coriander powder
pinch garam masala
pinch tandoori masala
salt
pin cumin powder
few drops of lemon juice
pinchturmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
pinch tandoor food color
maxi chicken and masala marinate well like 1- 2 hours kin fridge
Preparation
1.If u have BBQ Grill and home Tandoor Oven then just bake it on that. otherwise,
2.take a vessel pour bit oil and fry on medium flame
or bake at 300 degree for 20-30 minutes(depends on oven)
3.If u r baking in oven please apply butter at last on top the chicken
4.Take TissueTowel and keep on top place fried chicken pieces.
U will love it..... enjoy your chicken
The yummy chicken ready serve this hot with tomato soup or veg salad as light dinner.
