Pepper Chicken Fry

This is one my favorite dish very yummy ...

Ingredients
750 grams chicken
1/2 cinnamon stick
fennel seeds - few
cloves-2
cardamon- 2
bay leaves -1
mustard seeds- few
curry leaves- few
spring onions- 1
coriander leaves -1
whole black pepper
salt
chilli powder - 1/2 tea spoon
coriander powder- 1 tea spoon
cumin powder- pinch
ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tablespoon
Red- onion medium size-1
small tomato -1
oil


Preparation
1.Take a kadai pour oil heat it on medium flame
2. Add mustard seeds, fennel seeds, curry leaves, cinnamon, cardamon, cloves, bay leave, whole black pepper seeds fry it bit on low flame.
3.Add onion slices fry it well
4.Add tomato slices to it fry well
5.Now add ginger garlic paste fry it well
6.Take out everything in bowl once it get cold mash it well like paste
7.Take chicken cut into slices marinate with turmeric and clean with water (smell will go off)
8.Take kadai pour bit oil add mashed paste fry it well again all the liquids will go off
9.Now add chicken close the lid for 5 min
10.Stir well and salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder,
11.Stir occasionally and add spring onion slices
12.Once the chicken done add coriander leaves slices to it and close the lid..


Now the yummy pepper chicken fry is ready u can serve this with rice, dosa, parotha
