Peas with Egg curry

take 1/4 cup peas
2-3 boiled eggs (cut into 2 pices each)
garlic cloves(cut into small pieces)
one medium onion(slices)
1/2 tomato(slices)
2-3 green chilies
mustard seeds
curry leaves
turmeric,chili powder,coriander powder,salt

1.Take vessel pour oil
2.add mustard seeds,garlic and curry leaves
3.later add onions fry it well..
4.add tomato,chillies fry well
5.add peas fry well last
6.Add chili powder,salt,turmeric
7.add boiled egg slices
8.garnish with coriander..

Cabbage Raitha

1 full cup thick curd
1 carrot (grate it)
1/4 cabbage long slices
cucumber(cut into pieces
1 onion (long thin slices)
5-6 green chillies (cut into thin circle slices)
mint and coriander leaves.(optional)

1.mix curd with salt
2.add all the vegetables on it
3.and serve with biryani as a side dish

Chenna Masala

Channa Masala
A very popular punjabi dish made of chickpeas to be had with chapathi
1 cup Chickpeas or chana soaked over night and pressure cooked
2 nos Onions
1 no Tomato
2 nos Green chilli
2 inch Ginger (crushed)
3 clove Garlic (crushed)
½ tsp Mustard
½ tsp Cumin seeds
2 tsp Red chilli powder
2 tsp Corrainder powder
¼ tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Channa or chole masala powder(store bought) optional
Corrainder leaves (chopped)
4 tsp Oil
1 cup Water (or retain juice from cooked channa)

1. Fry the curry leaves, onions, tomatoes well and mash it.
2. Add the cooked Chick peas to it with ginger garlic paste and fry it.

3.Add all the other ingredients liek chilli powder, coriander powder, masalas.
4. Add Required amount of salt
5. Serve hot with chapathis

Vegetable Sambar

1 -2 cups cooked uradh dal(tip: soak dal for 5-10 min cook in 3 vissils helps from gas problem)
2 small onion thin long slices
1/2 big tomato
1 bowl of tamarind juice
chili powder,
coriander powder
mustard seeds,
curry leaves
coriander leaves
sambar red chillies
any vegetable like brinjal,beans,okra...

1.Take vessel pour oil heat it
2. Add mustard seeds,curry leaves ,garlic,2 sambar chillies
3.Add onions slices fry well
4.Add tomato and vegetable fry well
5.Add cooked dal and tamarind juice..
6.Stir well and add salt,turmeric,chili powder,coriander powder.
7.boil it for few minutes and last garnish with coriander


1 full cup Chenna Dal
1/2 onions
2-3 greenchillies
cumin seeds

Batter Preparation :
1.soak chenna dal for 2-4 hours
2. grind it with onions,chillies,mint,curry leaves,jeera,mint add salt..

1. take small amount of batter
2.Shape it in thin circular shape
3.fry in oil keep on top of tissue towel to absorb excess oil

Egg Bajji

boiled eggs 2
4 tablespoons of gram flour,
1 table spoon of rice flour
chili powder,

1.Take vessel mix 4 spoons of gram flour with 1 spoon of rice flour
2.Add salt,chili powder, baking soda, water make thick paste.
3.Take boiled egg cut into 2 pieces long coat this mixed batter
4.Deep fry in oil...
5.Keep on tissue towel to absorb excess oil...

Pan Biryani - Vegetable

2 cups mixed vegetables including
 peas,beans, bell peppers
mushroom, soya nuggets ,
corn(optional) (cut into small size)
1 table spoon ginger garlic paste
3-4 green chillies
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 onion long thin slices
1/2 tomato(optional)
few mint and coriander leaves

1.Fry the vegetables separate and keep aside
2.Add ginger garlic paste fry well
3.add turmeric,pepper,chillies or chilli sauce,salt
4.Mix with cooked rice
5.Garnish with mint or coriander leaves

Kids veg rice or Bell pepper Rice

1 small onion
all bell peppers
ginger garlic paste
pepper powder
cooked rice

1.Take a vessel pour oil
2.fry onions
3.fry all bell peppers
4.Add ginger garlic paste
5.add small amount of chilli sauce and pepper mix well
6.Mix cooked rice with that stir well with salt

easy recipe for kids

Biryani side dish

one small bottle guard
1 small can tomato puree
mutton bones or boti or meat fat
ginger garlic paste
chilli powder
coriander powder
chenna dal

1.pressure cook chenna dal well and later mash it well..keep a side
2.take bottle guard cut into small pieces boil it in vessel..
3.take mutton bones pressure cook well..
4.If u r using bones cook well
5.If u r using boti no need to cook just heat bit and add to the curry
6.take vessel pour oil add bit mustard seeds curry leaves,add mashed chenna dal , tomato puree ,ginger garlic paste, mutton bones and turmeric,chillipowder,coriander powder boil bit and garnish with coriander leaves..


Mutton fry


1 kg mutton
1 cinamon stick
2-3 cloves
2 cardamon
1 bayleave
1/2 onions
1/2 tomato
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
chillipowder,coriander powder, pepper powder,salt,turmeric powder

take vessel pour littl oil add msutard seeds and curry leave add cinamon stick,cloves,cardamon,bayleaves fry well add diced onions fry well and add tomato fry well very well.. add mutton close the lid after half cook add chillipowder,coriander powder,turmeric,salt, pepper stir stir stir untill it become good fry.....

Tomato Chutney

Tomato Chutney

take few chenna dal and uradh dal roast it and red chillies(depends on your spice level) after raosting well grind it make smooth powder

take oil pour mustard seeds and few jeera curry leaves
add onions slices fry well add chillies (green) fry well add 2 big tomatoes(u.s tomatoes big ) fry well..

let it cool and grind this onion tomato with salt and tamarind juice add that powder in it.. grind make it smooth paste..(u need indian mixy helps to get soft paste)

prepare seasoning add top of it chutney...

side with idly, dosa
combination ejoy your meal

Fish Fry

1 full fish cut into nice thin slices..
chilli powder
coriander powder
coriander leaves

Marinate fish with all the above ingredients with bit oil for 5-10 minutes
1.Take a vessel pour oil once it get heat
2. Add marinated fish pieces fry it
3.Turn other side and fry it
4.Take all pieces and keep on tissue towel and garnish with coriander leaves


2 cups uradh dal(gram )

Preparing batter:
soak 3-5 hours in u.s
2 -3 hours in indian weather..

grind it well without using more water with salt..

1. heat oil take batter bit
2.make a shape , keep hole on center and fry both sides
3.keep on tissue towel
4.Serve with peanut chutney or coconut is nice side dish for garelu and in andhra pradesh

Palak Pakora

1/2 bunch spinach or any green leaves cut into small pieces
few cumin seeds
few curry leaves
few coriander leaves
few mint leaves(optional)
1-2 table spoons of rice flour
4-5 table spoons of gram floor
1 big onion full long thin slices
4-5 green chillies

1.cut onion slices
2.Cut the chillies
3.Cut the spinach into small pieces
4.mix all with cumin, salt, add pinch baking soda, 2 flours with water ..
5.Take a vessel pour oil
6.heat the oil and fry the pakora until it looks golden brown keep on top tissue towel to absorb excess oil..
It is healthy and easy snack for kids and adults...

Fish Curry

1/2 teaspoonmustard seeds
pinch fenugreek seeds
few curry leaves
1 medium size onion
1/2 tomato
3-4 garlic cloves
few coriander
1 teaspoon chillipowder
2 teaspoon coriander powder
3-4 green chillies
1 full bowl thick tamarind juice
1 fish cut into nice thick long pieces


1. Take vessel pour oil after getting hear add mustard seeds, curry leaves fry it
2. Add fenugreek seeds and garlic fry it
3.Make the onion nice paste
4.Add onion paste fry well until looks golden brwon
5.Add green chillies to it fry well
6.Add tomato slices and fry well
7.Add turmric ,tamarind juice boil well until it looks thick gravy
8.Add salt,Chilli powder,coriander powder
9.Atlast add fish pieces to it close the lid for 5 min
10.Garnish with coriander leaves off the flame

Chicken Briyani(Nawab style)

cooking steps:
Marination(before 1/2 day)

1.take 1 pound chicken cut them into large pieces

2.marinate with masala

Masala Preparation
1/2 cup curd
ginger garlic paste,
coriander powder
mix all the ingredients, marinate with chicken and keep in fridge

Ingredients for Biryani
1 long cinnamon stick
3 cloves
2 cardamon
1 bay leave
1 big onion long thin slices
4 green chillies
coriander and mint leaves
1 pound rice
little ghee
2 teaspoons milk
pinch food color

Preparing Biryani:
1.Take 1 full onion cut them long, thin slices and fry in ghee till it become golden brown and keep aside

2.Take the marinated chicken and cook until chicken become soft and well cooked..Complete water has to become gravy..

3.Take one pound rice clean with water and it keep aside

4. Take rice cooker pour required water for rice and boil until steam comes out. (like 1 cup rice 1 1/2 water).

5. take another small vessel pour oil fry 1 full cinnamon stick, 3 cloves, 2 cardamon, 1 bay leave 4 green chillies(whole don't cut)and add to the water in vessel

6. add required amount of salt to water (only required for rice)

7. while boiling the water add rice to the water..(rice has to cook 3/4)

8. cut mint and coriander leaves into small pieces and keep aside

9.Take milk add saffron n food color mix it well n keep aside

10.after cooking the rice take a big vessel add layer wise rice,gravy , onion, mint,coriander again same sequence(first layer rice second layer chicken with gravy third rice fourth coriander,mint leaves)

11. keep 4 holes from the top to bottom with wooden spoon on the food(steam has to come upside..

12. pour safron milk color on top of 2 holes

13.cover the vessel with tight lid and keep on low flame and cook for 5-10 min

14. before serving mix all together....serve with raitha or biryani side which is given in my blog...

Spicy Shrimp Curry

1 kg Shrimp
1 big onions
1 big tomatoes
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
pinch turmeric

1.Cut the onion into small pieces
2.Cut the tomato in small pieces
3.Marinate the shrimp with turmeric and keep aside
4.Take a vessel heat oil pour mustard seeds and curry leaves fry it.
5. Add onions fry well until it turns golden brown
6. Add tomatoes fry well
7.Add ginger garlic paste fry well
8.Add shrimp stir well
9. Add salt,chilli powder, pepper powder,coriander powder
10.Cook well with closed lid
11.Last garnish with corainder

Spicy Chicken curry

Spicy chicken curry

1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 one cinamonstick
2 cloves
2 elachi
1 bay leave
few curry leaves
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
little salt,
turmeric powder
chilli powder
coriander powder
pepper powder
coriander for garnish
1 big onion cut into pieces
1/2 big tomato into pieces


1.Cut the onion into small slices keep aside
2.Cut the tomato into small slices keep aside
3.Take vessel heat oil add mustard seeds, curry leaves fry it
4. Add 2-3cloves,elachi, cinnamon stick fry well
5.Add onions fry untill it looks like golden brown this plays major role
6.Add tomatoes n fry untill it looks mixed gravy
7.Add ginger garlic paste fry well,
8.Add chicken pieces cook well
9.If u want add bit water
10. add turmeric,salt, chilli,coriander, pepper powder mix well and close the lid.
11.Garnish with coriander leaves in last

Mushroom Peas Curry


Mushrooms 1 pack
peas 1 cup
ginger garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon..
garam masala 1/4 tea spoon
chilli powder
1 big onion
few jeera seeds
1 bay leave
1 tablespoon cashew paste
1 table spoon whipping cream.
few coriander leaves
1 cup milk

Making Pastes:
1.Boil the onion and make it nice paste(to remove the onion raw smell in curry)
2.Boil cashews and make it paste with little bit water

Preparation :
1.Clean the mushroom under running water and wipe with tissue towel
2.Cut each mushroom in 2 slices and keep aside
3. Take a pan keep little bit oil fry the mushrooms slices 2-3 minutes and off the flame
4.Take another vessel pour oil add jeera seeds, bay leave, curry leaves fry it well
5. Add mashed onion paste fry well
6. Add gingergarlic paste fry well
7.add salt cook well(here we are adding salt before the milk.)
8. Add cashew paste,garam masala, chillipowder,turmeric powder mix well otherwise,cashewpaste will burn...
9.Add peas to the gravy and later cup milk
10.If u like more gravy add small cup of water and finally add mushrooms
11. Cook well
12.Garnish with sipping cream and coriander leaves
13.Serve hot with chapathi or nan

Masala Egg Fry

For 2-3 people

Take 4 boiled eggs
coriander powder

1.cut the boiled eggs in 2 slices each straight
2.Keep all egg half slices on plain plate
3.Add little salt, chilli or pepper powder, little turmeric, very little coriander powder
4.Mix slowly
5.Fry bit more on yellow side..
6.Fry very less on white side..
7.Take plain plate and keep tissue towel and sort these fried eggs on it
8.Garnish with coriander leaves

Tandoor Chicken


For 2 drumsticks

marinate with these masala before day night

Masala preparation:

1 table spoon curd
l/2 teaspoon chilli
1 teaspoon coriander powder
pinch garam masala
pinch tandoori masala
pin cumin powder
few drops of lemon juice
pinchturmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
pinch tandoor food color
maxi chicken and masala marinate well like 1- 2 hours kin fridge


1.If u have BBQ Grill and home Tandoor Oven then just bake it on that. otherwise,
2.take a vessel pour bit oil and fry on medium flame
or bake at 300 degree for 20-30 minutes(depends on oven)
3.If u r baking in oven please apply butter at last on top the chicken
4.Take TissueTowel and keep on top place fried chicken pieces.

U will love it..... enjoy your chicken

The yummy chicken ready serve this hot with tomato soup or veg salad as light dinner.

Pepper Crab Fry

For 10 crabs
take one medium size onion cut into big slices
green chillies 4-5
one cinnamon stick
2 cloves
1/2 table spoon fennel seeds(depends on your spice level)
1 full spoon ginger garlic paste
add chilli and coriander powder(optional)
more pepper according to your taste

Preparing Masala
fry all these ingredients in oil and grind make masala

1.Now take cleaned crabs apply bit turmeric,salt marinate it.
2.take vessel pour oil mustard seeds, few curry leaves fry it well
3.add masala fry bit more add crab close the lid... now after half cook take out the lid and fry it well untill it becomes more thick gravy itgives more taste( but it need more patience...)
4.less gravy is always good with rice side dish
5.More gravy good with Chapthi,rice..
