Mushroom Peas Curry



Ingredients

Mushrooms 1 pack
peas 1 cup
ginger garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon..
salt
garam masala 1/4 tea spoon
chilli powder
1 big onion
few jeera seeds
1 bay leave
1 tablespoon cashew paste
1 table spoon whipping cream.
few coriander leaves
1 cup milk


Making Pastes:
1.Boil the onion and make it nice paste(to remove the onion raw smell in curry)
2.Boil cashews and make it paste with little bit water


Preparation :
1.Clean the mushroom under running water and wipe with tissue towel
2.Cut each mushroom in 2 slices and keep aside
3. Take a pan keep little bit oil fry the mushrooms slices 2-3 minutes and off the flame
4.Take another vessel pour oil add jeera seeds, bay leave, curry leaves fry it well
5. Add mashed onion paste fry well
6. Add gingergarlic paste fry well
7.add salt cook well(here we are adding salt before the milk.)
8. Add cashew paste,garam masala, chillipowder,turmeric powder mix well otherwise,cashewpaste will burn...
9.Add peas to the gravy and later cup milk
10.If u like more gravy add small cup of water and finally add mushrooms
11. Cook well
12.Garnish with sipping cream and coriander leaves
13.Serve hot with chapathi or nan
