Ingredients for King Fish:
4 pieces of king fish
marinate with chilli powder, ginger, garlic, salt, oil, coriander powder
Cooking Instructs:
1. Preheat the Oven 150 C for 5 -10 min depends upon oven type and bake until it cook both sides.
2. Turn off the Oven and let it cook in the existing heat temperatures.
Ingredients for Potato Sandwich:
4 slices of Wholemeal bread
Boiled and mashed potatoes
Turmeric
salt
Green chilli's (If u like spicy)
onions
turmeric powder
ginger
Cooking:
1. Take a wide pan and pour oil add ginger,onions, chillies.
2. Add mashed Potatoes salt, turmeric.
3. Take a sandwich press fill with the potato stuffing between bread slices .
Salad:
Cut the lettuce and grate the Carrots

Baked fish steak with salad and Chick peas
Ingredients
1 kg Fish steak clean with turmeric like applying and washing with water.
Apply the required salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, pepper powder, little bit ginger garlic paste.
Marinate whole night in fridge
Preparation :
1. Pre-heat the oven for 10 min at maximum degree under fan forced.
2. Reduce the heat to 150 C .
3. Take a non stick baking tray cover with aluminium foil spray the oil and place the fish steak bake until it cooked both sides.
Salad
Lettuce and carrots
Chick peas
soaked over night and pressure cooked with salt.
I tried one more different variety
