Tomato Pepper Rasam


Ingredients
2 garlic cloves
few curry leaves
2 red chillies
few mustard seeds
1/2 tomato
1 bowl tamarind juice
salt
jeera powder(cumin powder)
coriander leaves

Preparation:

1.Crush the garlic cloves
2.Cut the tomatoes
3.Take a vessel pour oil
4.Add mustard seeds and curry leaves
5.Add red chillies fry it well
6.Add tomato fry it well
7.Add cumin powder immediate add tamarind juice
8.Add sufficient pepper powder and salt
9.Boil few min (don't boil too much)
10.Garnish with coriander

Plantain Bajji

Ingredients
small size plantian
1 full cup besan flour
1/4 cup rice flour
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
salt


Preparation:

1.Take plantain peel the skin cut into half and then cut them into long thin slices(use slicer)
2.Take bowl add besan,rice flour add salt,chillipowder
3.Mix all with little bit water
4.Add pinch baking soda
5.Take another vessel heat it pour more oil
6. Take each thin slice of plantain dip into the batter and fry it both sides
7. Serve hot with tomato ketchup

Peas beans Pulav













Ingredients

1 small red onion
3-4 green chillies whole(don't cut
few pepper seeds
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
peas
beans
bayleave
cinnamon stick
curry leaves
2 cloves
2 cardamon
few cumin seeds
mint leaves
spring onion
coriander leaves
4 1/2 cups coconut milk(add water if u want in that)
2 1/2 cups soaked rice
salt


Preparation

1.Cut the onions and spring onion into slices
2.Cut the beans into thin slices
3.Take a vessel pour oil add cumin seeds, curry leaves,cinnamon stick,cloves,cardamon,bay leaves, pepper seeds
4.Fry well add onions fry well
5.Add ginger garlic paste ,mint fry well
6.Add peas and beans fry well
7.add salt to it
8.Add coconut milk
9. soaked rice mix well
10.Shift into rice cooker
11.Last garnish with coriander leaves

serve with mushroom curry very nice n yummy

Bread Toast



This is very easy dish and especially for kids.. they love.. if mom feeling very lazy to cook something so just prepare this dish for your kids... i do same when i feel bit tired i prepare this give to my kids...


Ingredients

5 bread slices(wheat bread or any bread)
2 eggs
1 cup milk
sugar
ghee or butter

Preparation
1.Take a bowl add milk,sugar beat it well
2.Add beaten eggs mix it well
3.Take bread slice one by one
4.Dip in the sauce both sides
5.Heat tawa place the the bread add little bit ghee or butter around
6.Turn other side and repeat same
7.Serve it with any ketchup or salad or plain

Simple Potato Curry



Ingredients
3-4 potatos
1 medium onion
1/2 tomato
garlic
mustard seeds
curry leaves
chili powder
salt
turmeric
coriander leaves

Cutting Section
Peel the potato skin and cut into big cubes
cut the onion into small slices
cut the garlic into small slices
cut the tomato into small pieces

Preparation
1.Take vessel pour oil add mustard seeds,curry leaves,garlic fry it well
2.Add onion slcies fry well
3.Add tomato fry well
4.Add potato slices fry ti well
5. add 2-3 cups water
6.Add turmeric powder
7.salt,chilipowder
8.mix well

10.Garnish with coriander leaves

Meethi dal


Ingredients
meethi leaves 1 bunch
tamarind jucie 1/2 cup
chili powder
turmeric
salt
curry leaves
mustard seeds
2-3 red chillis
1 cup moong or toor dal

Preparation
1.Soak the dal with water and later clean it
2.Add meethi leaves to it
3.Add turmeric and pressure cool for 3
4.Later add salt,tamarind juice to it
5.Take another vessel pour oil add mustard seeds,curryleaves, red chilies,uradhdal,chenna dal
6.Add cooked dal to it
7.keep on low flame add chili powder

Chicken Pizza


Ingredients
1 Pizza base (u will get from walmart)
1 can pizza tomato sauce
4-5 olives
5-6 grilled chicken pieces( get from walmart frozen section or else take white chicken and fry it)
2 jalapeno
8 thin slices of all bell pepper
1 small onion slices
1 small tomato round thin slices
4-5 mushroom slices
shredded cheese
Italian seasoning( u will get in seasoning section in walmart)
salt
pepper

Preparation
1.Take pizza base decorate with pizza tomato sauce
2.Keep bit cheese on it
3.Arrange all veggies like first onions,bell peppers e.t.c
4.arrange Chicken
5.Cover with cheese,italian seasoning,salt,pepper
6.Preheat the oven 350 degree and place in the middle rack bake it for 15-20 min (depends on oven type)
7.Allow few minutes to get cool
8.Cut the pizza with the help of pizza cutter into slices

note:
here i used 12 inches pizza base
We can also make pizza base and sauce in home.. will try on it in near future

Egg Fried Rice

3-4 small green chilies
2 long beans
cumin seeds

chili sauce

Pakistani Egg Biryani

Servings for 3 people

Ingredients


boiled eggs 5
1 medium size onion
1/2 tomato
2-3 green chillies
1 cinnamon stick
3 cloves
2 cardamon
2 star anise
1 bay leave
1 teaspoon pepper corns
3 cups rice
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
salt
mint and coriander leaves
turmeric
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon biryani masala(optional)
1 table spoon ginger garlic paste
1 spring onion
curry leaves
1 table spoon thick coconut milk

Preparation:

1.Cut the onion into thin long slices
2.Cut the tomato into small slices
3.Cut the green chilies into long slices
4.Soak the rice for 10 min in water
4.Boil the eggs and keep the shell out ,fry the boiled eggs lightly and keep aside
5.Take a Vessel pour oil add cinnamon stick, cloves,cardamon, star anise ,bay leave fry it well
6.Add onion fry it well
7.Add ginger garlic paste fry it well

Cabbage Peas Kootu


Ingredients:

1/4 Cabbage
1/2 cup frozen green peas
1/2 cup Tamarind juice
1/2 cupGreen Gram Dhal
Turmeric powder

Masala

Coconut small piece
Coriander Seeds - 1 tablespoon
Red Chillies - 2 Nos
Pepper - 1 teaspoon

For seasoning:

Onion - 1 small onion
Green Chillies 2-3
Curry Leaves few
Oil -
Mustard - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon or as per taste

Method:

1. Cook green gram dhal along with turmeric powder till soft.

2.Cut the onion into cubes. cut the green chillies lengthwise.

3.Make masala with

a teaspoon of oil, fry red chillies, coriander seeds, pepper and coconut gratings and grind to a fine paste.

4.In a vessel put the oil and when it is hot add mustard seeds,curry leaves.

5.add chopped onion, green chillies fry till onion turns transparent.

6.Add green peas and fry for a while. Then add cabbage pieces and mix well.

7.Add ground paste, salt and little water and stir well. Close with a lid and cook on low flame till the cabbage is cooked soft.

8.Add tamarind juice and cooked dhal.

9.Stir well. Allow to cook for few more minutes.


Egg Plant with peas curry


Ingredients

eggplant full
1 cup peas
2-3 garlic
mustard seeds
curry leaves
2 small onions
1/2 tomato
chili powder
turmeric powder

2.Cut the brinjal into very small pieces

Arum Fry



Ingredients

4-5 arum
tamarind juice 1/2 cup
chili powder

uradh dal
chenna dal

1.Boil the arums for 10-15 min
2.Remove the skin and cut into long slices
3.Take a vessel pour oil add mustard seeds, curry leaves,red chili,uradh dal,chennadal
4.fry it well
5.Add arum pieces ,turmeric and fry it
6. Add tamarind juice,chilipowder,coriander powder,salt
7.stir in the middle until it done..
8.Garnish with coriander.

Dosa



Ingredients
Take 2 cups uradh dal soak for 6-7 hours(depends on your local weather)
Take 7-8 cups of sams long grain rice (soak 8-9 hours


Preparing batter:

1.Grind the dal using wet grinder
2.After finished take it into one seperate bowl
3. Later grind the rice
4.At last mix together.. and grind 5 -10 more minutes

5.Keep out side at room temperature

6.Next day Dosa tawa heat it make dosa on it.

serve hot with nice chutneys

Jeera Rice




Ingredients

Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
green chilli slices few
coriander leaves few
mint leaves few
curry leaves few
2 cups cleaned basmati rice
salt,
food color little bit
fried onion slices

Preparation
1. take a vessel pour oil one it get heat add jeera seeds ,green chillies, curry leaves, mint, coriander leaves fry it well
2.add 3 cups water and add salt.. let it boil..
3.add soaked and cleaned rice to it and cook it
4.once it get cook 3/4 add fried onion slices to it and last add food color in one or two sides..before serving mix well and serve

Chilli Tofu



Ingredients
1/2 pack tofu cut into cubes
corn flour
1 egg(optional ididn't used egg in this pic)
ginger garlic paste
all peppers
green chillies
onions
garlic
jeera seeds
chilli sauce
ajamoto
soya sauce
curry leaves
corainder leaves
chilli n coriander powder
salt

Preparation
Step 1:

1.Take bowl add 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste,salt,corn flour, mix with water and egg add maida to that masala..take tofu cubes and add to that masala and fry it in oil keep a side..

Step 2:

1.Take big pan add oil once it get heat add jeera seeds (few seeds) add green chillies stir well

2.add onions slices fry well, once it get fry add all bell peppers to it fry it,
3.Add ginger garlic paste and cook well
4.add chili sauce,soya sauce,salt, ajnamoto,chillipowder,coriander powder,
5.Add tofu cubes and slowly mix
6.add curry leaves stir all well and let it cook for few minutes
7.shift in another vessel and garnish with coriander leaves


Same dish u can do with paneer cubes, potato,chicken

Curd Rice



Ingredients
left over rice
curd
green chilies
red chilies
mustard seeds
chenna dal
uradh dal
curry leaves

Seasoning
take vessel
pour oil add mustard seeds,red chillies, uradh dal,chenna dal, green chillies, red chillies..keep aside

Preparation
1.take left over rice mash it well with hands and little water..
2.later add salt and curd.. after mixing well add seasoning..serve with spicy pickle.

Tindura,cauliflower,potato fry




Ingredients:

Tindura - 8 to 10 Nos
Potato - 1 No
Cauliflower - 1/2
Onion - 1 No
Tomato - 1 No
Sambar Powder (optional u can add chilli and coriander powder)- 2 teaspoons
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil - 4 teaspoons
Mustard - 1/2 teaspoon
Bengal Gram Dhal - 1 teaspoon
Urad Dhal - 1 teaspoon
Jeera - 1/2 teaspoon
Asafotida Powder - a pinch
Peanut - 2 tablespoon (optional)
Curry Leaves - few
Salt - 1 teaspoon or as per taste

Preparation:

1.Wash and cut the tindura into long thin pieces. Add a pinch of turmeric powder and salt and mix well. Keep it aside.

2.Wash and cut potato and cauli flower into pieces.

3.Chop onion and tomato finely.

4.In a vessel put the oil and add mustard. When it pops up, add bengal gram dhal, urad dhal, jeera, asafotida powder and curry leaves.

5.Fry till the dhals turn light brown. Then add chopped onion and fry till it is transparent.

6.Add tomato pieces and fry for two to three seconds. Add sambar powder, turmeric powder, peanut (slightly crushed) and salt. Mix well.

7.Now take the marinated tindura and squeeze out and add to the seasoning. Add potato and cauli flower pieces and mix everything well.

8.close with tight lid. Stir in the middle and cook well

Ridge Guard Kootu



Ingredients:

Ridge gourd – 2 Nos
Moong dhal – ½ cup
Turmeric Powder – a pinch
Oil – 1 teaspoon
Mustard – ½ teaspoon
Jeera – 1 teaspoon
Asafotida Powder – a pinch
Curry leaves – few
Salt – 1 teaspoon or as per taste

Method:

1.Scrap the skin from the ridge gourd and cut it into small pieces.

2.Cook moong dal along with a pinch of turmeric powder till soft.

3.Put the ridge gourd pieces in a vessel and add just enough water to cover the vegetable.

4.Add chili powder and corainder powder , turmeric powder and salt. Cook on medium flame till it is soft.

5.Add cooked dhal and stir well. Allow to cook for two to three minutes.

6.Season it mustard, jeera, asafotida and curry leaves.

Kodi goodu Pulusu with okra and drumstick



Ingredients
boiled eggs 6
onion 1 big
tomatoes 1 big
one full bowl tamarind juice
9-10 okra pieces
5-6 drumsticks pieces
garlic
curry leaves
mustard seeds
chili powder,
turmeric
salt
coriander leaves

Preparing vegetables:

Cut the vegetables in medium size
cut the onions in small pieces
cut the tomatoes in small pieces
mash the garlic cloves

1.Take big vessel add oil add mustard seeds,curry leaves,garlic slices stir well
2.add onion slices fry it well
3. later add tomatoes fry well
4.then add okra and drumstick ( u can also substitute with egg plant) frying well
5.add tamarind juice boil it until become bit thick..

spinach 1/2 bunch
dal(any toor or moong dal) 1/2 cup
1/2 cup tamarind juice
3-4 green chillies
1 small onions slices
tomatoes 1/2(cut into cubes)

chenna dal,uradh dal
garlic 2 cloes into pieces

preparation

1.soak dal for 2-3 minutes
2.add turmeric green chillies ,spinach,onions,tomatoes and cooked 3-4 vissils
3. take a vessel add oil for seasoning and all seasoning ingredients
4.add chili powder, cooked dal, tamarind juice, salt. cook 3 more minutes and serve hot with rice or roti

Okra fry



Ingredients

okra clean wash it clean with tissue towel and
cut into thin circles keep aside

for seasoning
take oil
add mustard seeds,
curry leaves,uradh dal
chenna dal,
2 red chillies

preparation:

1.Take vessel add oil and other seasoning ingredients.
2.Once the seasoning is done add okra pieces in that vessel fry well(generally i prefer 3/4 cooked veg)
3.add turmeric powder,salt,bit chilli powder
4.serve as side dish for rice,sambar e.t.c

Veg Rice noodles



Ingredients
rice noodles 1/2 pack
1 onion long thin slices
few all bell peppers(long thin slices)
2-3 garlic (chopped)
1 tablespoon chili and soya sauce
salt

Preparation:
1. boil the rice noodles according to the instruction given on pack and keep aside
2. fry garlic, onions, veggies cook well add salt, chilli sauce, soya sauce
3.mix rice noodles in it..
4.some people prefer to add egg also...(optional)

Idly



For getting very soft idly










Served with sambar and peanut chutney
Batter Prearation:

1 Cup uradh dal and  6 cups idly rice and 1 cup long grain rice

2. Soak rice in water first for 5-6 hours (depends on weather conditions)
3.Soak Dal separately

Making Batter:

1.First grind the dal well
2.Next grind rice well
3.Later mix together with salt and grind for 5-10 min
4.Keep outside room temp one whole night

next day morning u can prepare idly..

Preparation:

Note: 


Take a required batter add baking soda to it. It helps to come idly very soft


1.Take idly cooker
2.Pour some water and boil it until steam comes
3.Take plates apply bit oil for greasy pour batter on the lids
4.When the water steam is coming out from the cooker reduce the flame to medium level and place the idly plates into close the lid..
5.Cook for 5-7 minutes on medium flame (until u hear whistle sounds of 2- 3 minutes)
6.Switch off the flame and don't open the lid immediately .. wait for sometime time 2-3 minutes
and then open the lid serve hot with chutney


The Idly will be soft and spongy white..
Here i served with onion peanut chutney

and also we can serve with coconut curry leaves chutney

Bagara Bengan



Ingredients

10 peanuts,
1 table spoon sea sane seeds,
3-4 whole cashews
1 big onion
5-6 green chilies
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
small Indian eggplants 6-7
tamarind juice
ginger garlic paste
salt
turmeric

Masala:
1. Roast all the peanuts,saesane seeds, cashews
make it powder
2. Grind the onion, chilies

preparation:
1.take vessel give 2 1 inches cuts to each brinjal
2.fry in oil till it become soft keep aside
3.take vessel pour oil add mustard seeds and curry leaves fry it.
4.add mashed onion and chillies fry well..
5.add powdered seeds to that gravy
6.now add ginger garlic paste and bit tamarind juice, salt, turmeric, chili powder(optional), garam masala powder cook well add bit water if u like
7.add all fried brinjals and close the lid for some time and garnish with coriander leaves

Peanut Onion Chutney



Ingredients

1 cup roasted peanuts
1 onion long thin slices
6-7 green chillies(according to your spice level)
1/2 cup tamarind juice
cumin seeds

For seasoning
mustard seeds
curry leaves
red chillies
urad dal and chenna dal few

Preparation:
1.roast peanuts well,
2.take vessel pour oil fry the onions well..
3.bit fry the green chillies add cumin seeds(for good digestion)
4.mix all and grind well with tamarind juice and salt

last keep seasoning...on top of it

Beans carrots fry



Ingredients
1/4 teaspoon Mustard seeds
1/2 onion cut them into slices
4-5 small chili(green) cut into small slices
curry leaves
beans cut cut into pieces
carrots cut into pieces
2-3 cloves garlic

1.take a vessel which is having nice lid..
2.pour oil heat it add mustard seeds curry leaves, garlic slices fry it
3.add onion slices fry it well
4.Add chilies fry it

Ingredients
take 1/4 cup peas

1 carrot (grate it)
1/4 cabbage long slices
cucumber(cut into pieces
1 onion (long thin slices)
5-6 green chillies (cut into thin circle slices)

2.add all the vegetables on it

Chenna Masala


Channa Masala
A very popular punjabi dish made of chickpeas to be had with chapathi
Ingredients
1 cup Chickpeas or chana soaked over night and pressure cooked
2 nos Onions
1 no Tomato
2 nos Green chilli
2 inch Ginger (crushed)
3 clove Garlic (crushed)
½ tsp Mustard
½ tsp Cumin seeds
2 tsp Red chilli powder
2 tsp Corrainder powder
¼ tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Channa or chole masala powder(store bought) optional
Corrainder leaves (chopped)
4 tsp Oil
1 cup Water (or retain juice from cooked channa)

Preparation
1. Fry the curry leaves, onions, tomatoes well and mash it.
2. Add the cooked Chick peas to it with ginger garlic paste and fry it.

3.Add all the other ingredients liek chilli powder, coriander powder, masalas.
4. Add Required amount of salt
5. Serve hot with chapathis


Vegetable Sambar



Ingredients:
1 -2 cups cooked uradh dal(tip: soak dal for 5-10 min cook in 3 vissils helps from gas problem)
2 small onion thin long slices
1/2 big tomato
1 bowl of tamarind juice
chili powder,
turmeric,
salt,
coriander powder
garlic
mustard seeds,
curry leaves
salt
coriander leaves
sambar red chillies
any vegetable like brinjal,beans,okra...

preparation:

5.Add cooked dal and tamarind juice..
6.Stir well and add salt,turmeric,chili powder,coriander powder.
7.boil it for few minutes and last garnish with coriander

Vada



Ingredients
1 full cup Chenna Dal
1/2 onions
2-3 greenchillies
mint
coriander
cumin seeds
salt

Batter Preparation :
1.soak chenna dal for 2-4 hours
2. grind it with onions,chillies,mint,curry leaves,jeera,mint add salt..

preparation:
1. take small amount of batter
2.Shape it in thin circular shape
3.fry in oil keep on top of tissue towel to absorb excess oil

Egg Bajji



Ingredients
boiled eggs 2
4 tablespoons of gram flour,
1 table spoon of rice flour
chili powder,
salt

Preparation:
1.Take vessel mix 4 spoons of gram flour with 1 spoon of rice flour
2.Add salt,chili powder, baking soda, water make thick paste.
3.Take boiled egg cut into 2 pieces long coat this mixed batter
4.Deep fry in oil...
5.Keep on tissue towel to absorb excess oil...

Pan Biryani - Vegetable




Ingredients
2 cups mixed vegetables including
 peas,beans, bell peppers
mushroom, soya nuggets ,
corn(optional) (cut into small size)
1 table spoon ginger garlic paste
3-4 green chillies
salt,
turmeric
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 onion long thin slices
1/2 tomato(optional)
few mint and coriander leaves

preparation:
1.Fry the vegetables separate and keep aside
2.Add ginger garlic paste fry well
3.add turmeric,pepper,chillies or chilli sauce,salt
4.Mix with cooked rice
5.Garnish with mint or coriander leaves

Kids veg rice or Bell pepper Rice

1 small onion
all bell peppers

cooked rice

3.fry all bell peppers
4.Add ginger garlic paste
5.add small amount of chilli sauce and pepper mix well

Ingredients
one small bottle guard
1 small can tomato puree
mutton bones or boti or meat fat
ginger garlic paste
chilli powder
coriander powder
chenna dal

preparation:
1.pressure cook chenna dal well and later mash it well..keep a side
2.take bottle guard cut into small pieces boil it in vessel..
3.take mutton bones pressure cook well..
4.If u r using bones cook well
5.If u r using boti no need to cook just heat bit and add to the curry
6.take vessel pour oil add bit mustard seeds curry leaves,add mashed chenna dal , tomato puree ,ginger garlic paste, mutton bones and turmeric,chillipowder,coriander powder boil bit and garnish with coriander leaves..

Ingredaints

1 kg mutton
1 cinamon stick
2-3 cloves
2 cardamon
1 bayleave
1/2 onions
1/2 tomato
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
chillipowder,coriander powder, pepper powder,salt,turmeric powder

Prepation:
take vessel pour littl oil add msutard seeds and curry leave add cinamon stick,cloves,cardamon,bayleaves fry well add diced onions fry well and add tomato fry well very well.. add mutton close the lid after half cook add chillipowder,coriander powder,turmeric,salt, pepper stir stir stir untill it become good fry.....

Tomato Chutney



Tomato Chutney

take few chenna dal and uradh dal roast it and red chillies(depends on your spice level) after raosting well grind it make smooth powder

take oil pour mustard seeds and few jeera curry leaves
add onions slices fry well add chillies (green) fry well add 2 big tomatoes(u.s tomatoes big ) fry well..

let it cool and grind this onion tomato with salt and tamarind juice add that powder in it.. grind make it smooth paste..(u need indian mixy helps to get soft paste)

prepare seasoning add top of it chutney...

side with idly, dosa
combination ejoy your meal

Fish Fry



Ingredients
1 full fish cut into nice thin slices..
salt
turmeric
chilli powder
coriander powder
coriander leaves

Marination
Marinate fish with all the above ingredients with bit oil for 5-10 minutes
preparation:
1.Take a vessel pour oil once it get heat
2. Add marinated fish pieces fry it
3.Turn other side and fry it
4.Take all pieces and keep on tissue towel and garnish with coriander leaves

Garelu



Ingredients
2 cups uradh dal(gram )
salt

Preparing batter:
soak 3-5 hours in u.s
2 -3 hours in indian weather..

grind it well without using more water with salt..

preparation:
1. heat oil take batter bit
2.make a shape , keep hole on center and fry both sides
3.keep on tissue towel
4.Serve with peanut chutney or coconut is nice side dish for garelu and in andhra pradesh

Ingredients
1/2 bunch spinach or any green leaves cut into small pieces
few cumin seeds
few curry leaves
few coriander leaves
few mint leaves(optional)
1-2 table spoons of rice flour
4-5 table spoons of gram floor
1 big onion full long thin slices
4-5 green chillies
salt

preparation:
1.cut onion slices
2.Cut the chillies
3.Cut the spinach into small pieces
4.mix all with cumin, salt, add pinch baking soda, 2 flours with water ..
5.Take a vessel pour oil
6.heat the oil and fry the pakora until it looks golden brown keep on top tissue towel to absorb excess oil..
It is healthy and easy snack for kids and adults...
