Bagara Bengan



Ingredients

10 peanuts,
1 table spoon sea sane seeds,
3-4 whole cashews
1 big onion
5-6 green chilies
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
small Indian eggplants 6-7
tamarind juice
ginger garlic paste
salt
turmeric

Masala:
1. Roast all the peanuts,saesane seeds, cashews
make it powder
2. Grind the onion, chilies

preparation:
1.take vessel give 2 1 inches cuts to each brinjal
2.fry in oil till it become soft keep aside
3.take vessel pour oil add mustard seeds and curry leaves fry it.
4.add mashed onion and chillies fry well..
5.add powdered seeds to that gravy
6.now add ginger garlic paste and bit tamarind juice, salt, turmeric, chili powder(optional), garam masala powder cook well add bit water if u like
7.add all fried brinjals and close the lid for some time and garnish with coriander leaves
