Arum Fry



Ingredients

4-5 arum
tamarind juice 1/2 cup
chili powder
turmeric
salt
coriander leaves
curry leaves
mustard seeds
uradh dal
chenna dal
red chilies

Preparation:

1.Boil the arums for 10-15 min
2.Remove the skin and cut into long slices
3.Take a vessel pour oil add mustard seeds, curry leaves,red chili,uradh dal,chennadal
4.fry it well
5.Add arum pieces ,turmeric and fry it
6. Add tamarind juice,chilipowder,coriander powder,salt
7.stir in the middle until it done..
8.Garnish with coriander.
