Vegetable Pakoda


1/2 cup whole Baby corn (cut into long thin slices)
1/2 cup Carrots (long thin slices)
1/2 cup Potato (long thin slices)
1/2 Cup Red onion (long thin slices)
1/2 cup gram flour
1/4 cup rice flour
Green chillies
Ajwain seeds

1. Mix all the vegetables well.
2. Mix with the gram flour without adding water.
3. Add salt and rice flour, Ajwain seeds, green chillies and mix well with little bit water.
4. Fry in the oil.

Serve hot..........

Grilled Chicken Breast Wrap

Now a days i have to choose a lot of varieties for my kids lunch boxes. Wrap is the easiest lunch for kids and also save the cooking time.

1/2 kg Chicken breast
ginger garlic paste
olive oil
Italian mixed herbs

Marinate all these with the chicken breast in fridge for 3 hour or overnight.

Cup of mixed veggies
 Whole meal Wrap or regular wrap

1. Grill the Chicken breast and keep aside on medium flame.

2. half cook the onions, bell peppers with salt and pepper keep aside.

3. Now a wrap and keep lettuce, half cooked veggies and chicken breast and wrap it and steam it under Sandwich presser.

Note: I always tawa bit both side of the wrap before wraping and and adding the vegetables.
 Cut like this by that kids will easily hold it and eat the wrap.

Grilled Tofu with vegetables

1 pack of tofu cut into cubes
color bell peppers
red onion
ginger garlic paste
Italian Seasoning
olive oil
Bamboo sticks

1. Take the all the ingredients marinate with all together in the fridge for 3 hours.
2. Soak the bamboo sticks for 15 minutes and thread all the tofu and veggies on skewers.
3. Grill it on the medium flame.

Serve hot healthy and tasty

Simple Choclate Cake

Finally i tried a small choclate cake surprise to my husband. Tastes good.
1 cup self raising flour
1 cup caster sugar
3 1/2 tbsp of cocoa powder
3 1/2 tbsp of butter
2 eggs
1/3 cup of milk

1. Preheat oven to 180 C
2. Sift Flour and cocoa powder into a bowl.
3. Place all other ingredients into the bowl and mix with an electric mixer for 3 minutes.
4. Pour mixture into a greased baking tin and bake for approximately 40 minutes.
