Jeera Rice




Ingredients

Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
green chilli slices few
coriander leaves few
mint leaves few
curry leaves few
2 cups cleaned basmati rice
salt,
food color little bit
fried onion slices

Preparation
1. take a vessel pour oil one it get heat add jeera seeds ,green chillies, curry leaves, mint, coriander leaves fry it well
2.add 3 cups water and add salt.. let it boil..
3.add soaked and cleaned rice to it and cook it
4.once it get cook 3/4 add fried onion slices to it and last add food color in one or two sides..before serving mix well and serve
