Egg Fried Rice


2-3 servings
Ingredients
2 eggs
1 small onion
3-4 small green chilies
2 long beans
cumin seeds
1 carrot
salt
chili sauce
soya sauce
pinch ajanamoto
pepper powder
oil
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
cumin seeds

Preparation:

1.Firs the cook the rice
2.Take another vessel add oil
3.Add few cumin seeds
4.Add Onion long thin slices and green chilis fry it
5.Add eggs and stir well
6.Add vegetables and fry it well(should be in small size)
7.Add chili sauce,ajanamoto,soya sauce mix well
8.add this to cooked rice and mix well keep the lid close for some time
9. mix coriander leaves
