Egg Plant with peas curry


Ingredients

eggplant full
1 cup peas
2-3 garlic
mustard seeds
curry leaves
2 small onions
1/2 tomato
chili powder
turmeric powder
salt
coriander leaves

Preparation

1.Cut the 2 small onions
2.Cut the Egg platn into pieces
3.Cut the garlic cloves
4.Cut the tomato into slices
5.Take a vessel add oil to it
6.Add mustard seeds,curry leaves fry it
7.Add garlic cloves and fry it
8.add onion slices fry well
9.Add tomato fry well
10.Add peas fry well
11.Add eggplant pieces fry well
12.Add salt,chili powder,coriander powder fry it
13. add little bit water allow to cook for few minutes
14.Garnish with coriander leaves
