Vegetable Sambar



Ingredients:
1 -2 cups cooked uradh dal(tip: soak dal for 5-10 min cook in 3 vissils helps from gas problem)
2 small onion thin long slices
1/2 big tomato
1 bowl of tamarind juice
chili powder,
turmeric,
salt,
coriander powder
garlic
mustard seeds,
curry leaves
salt
coriander leaves
sambar red chillies
any vegetable like brinjal,beans,okra...

preparation:
1.Take vessel pour oil heat it
2. Add mustard seeds,curry leaves ,garlic,2 sambar chillies
3.Add onions slices fry well
4.Add tomato and vegetable fry well
5.Add cooked dal and tamarind juice..
6.Stir well and add salt,turmeric,chili powder,coriander powder.
7.boil it for few minutes and last garnish with coriander
