Masala Egg Fry


For 2-3 people
Ingredients:

Ingredients
Take 4 boiled eggs
turmeric,salt,
chillipowder
coriander powder
pepper(optional)

Preparation:
1.cut the boiled eggs in 2 slices each straight
2.Keep all egg half slices on plain plate
3.Add little salt, chilli or pepper powder, little turmeric, very little coriander powder
4.Mix slowly
5.Fry bit more on yellow side..
6.Fry very less on white side..
7.Take plain plate and keep tissue towel and sort these fried eggs on it
8.Garnish with coriander leaves
