Gobi Manchuria

Well known dish from north side of India..

U know i hate cauliflower but it's very good for health.. so i tried this recipe it came well.. my elder son finished half dish with fried rice..

U can serve dish with fried rice, jeera rice, sometimes i ate with chapthi also..


Ingredients
1/2 cauliflower
maida
corn flour
spring onions
onions
soy sauce
redchilies
milk
water
oil
ginger garlic paste

Preparation

Take cauliflower floretts and boil in water 3-4 min by adding 1 spoon on milk to water
keep the floretts in plate
Now take flor mix gingergarlic paste,salt,if possible food color make a paste with the help of water
take each floretts coat with flor paste depp fry in oil keep aside

Take a kadai pour oil add red chillies(possible make it powder) add, ginger garlic and onions stir well
later add spring onions,salt,soy sauce add little water cook well add corn flour with water stir it looks like some kind of sauce .

Now add the fried cauliflower to it close the lid turn off the burner
