Dry Mutton Curry with Brinjal

Ingredients

Dry mutton pieces few
Brinjal long 4-5
Garlic cloves -3
Curry leaves few
Onions -3
Tomatoes -1 or 2 depends on your taste
Chilli powder
Corainder Powder
Salt
Mustard seeds
Jeera Seeds




Preparation:
1.Soak dry mutton fro few minutes like 10 -15 minutes
2. Cut the onions into small pieces
3. Cut the red tomatoes.
4.Chop the garlic cloves
5.Now take a kadai and pour oil keep on medium flame..
6.Once the oil get heat add mustard seeds, jeera seeds to oil with garlic and curry leaves fry it bit
7.Add onion pieces fry it well untill it turns golden brown
8.Add tomatoes and brinjal fry it on low flame
9. Cut the soaked mutton pieces and cut into small pieces
10.Add to the vegetables and add turmeric,salt,chilli powder,coriander powder
11.Stir well add 1/2 cup water and keep in the pressure cooker on low flame for 2 whistles..
12.Serve hot with rice
