Chicken Wings one of the kids favorite dish, my husband love Peri-Peri, Spicy hot wings from Nando's. I generally do lollipops with wings this time i tried skinless hot chicken wings.
Marination:
Clean the chicken wings(removing skin, fat apply turmeric and clean it with water)10 pieces
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Salt- required
chilli powder - teaspoon
Coriander powder- 2 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste- 1 table spoon
Oil - 1 teaspoon
garam masala - 1/4 tea spoon
Fresh grounded peper - last while placing them to cook
Cooking:
1. Pre heat the oven 180C under fan forced for 20 min
2. Place the wings in the tray spray oil on it.
3. Reduce the Oven temp to 150 and cook the wings for 30 min both sides if needed depends on your oven type.
Serve hot.
I served with Garlic bread(not in the picture).

Baked Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast served with Butterfly pasta garnished dried tomatoSauce
Want to try something healthy with greens :)
This is one sounds good stuffing some healthy inside the meat and baked on the oven with Carbs (pasta).
Ingredients for Chicken:
4 Chicken whole breast
Marinating the chicken whole night with the following ingredients
ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Fresh ground peppercons
Salt
Olive oil
Italian mixed herbs
Curd
For more spice (mashed green chillies paste )
Marinate the cleaned chicken breast whole night in fridge with the above ingredients under covered wrap.
Before cooking:
Stuffing
Take shredded cheese and fresh spinach
Create a space to stuff with cheese and spinach together and stitch the ends with tooth peak stick
Coat with egg and bread crumbs.
Baking:
Preheat the oven under 140 fan forced for 20 min
Place the breast on the Oven tray and bake both sides each side 15-20 minutes.

Butterfly Veg Pasta
Ingredients
Water
salt
Farfalle (Butterfly shape pasta)
Boil the water and add salt to the water and add the farfalle and cook until it cooked.
Shift into cold water clean it keep aside.
Making Pasta
Salt
Pepper
oil
Cooked farfalle
Italian herbs
garlice crushed - 4
1 cup of fresh cut vegetables
onions
cheese mozrilla
Dried tomatoes Pasta Sauce
Preparation:
Take a wide kadai pour olive oil add crushed garlic fry it.
Add Onions slices and fry it
add vegetables fry it
add salt, pepper fry it
add cooked farfalle mix it well
add herbs
add Dried tomato sauce and mix well (I use half bottle for this quantity)
spread the chese on top of it close the lid and after 2 min turn off the flame.
Now service hot to your family :)
