Mutter Paneer Masala

Ingredients
Green chillies
1 cup peas
ginger garlic paste
cloves -2
bay leaf -1
boiled and mashed onion paste 1 cup
mashed tomato 1 cup
1 pack paneer (cut into small pieces and fry in oil or ghee) soak in wam water with pinch turmeric and keep aside
kasuri methi leaves
garam masala
tandoori masala
salt
milk cream
cashew paste
chilli powder
coriander powder
ginger garlic paste
corainder leaves
spring onions
pinch food color
curry leaves


Preparation
1.Boil the peeled onion and make it paste
2.Make a paste of soaked cashews
3.Make tomato paste
4.Cut the green chillies into long thin slices
5.Heat the tawa pour cloves,bayleaf and curry leaves
6.Now add onion paste
7. fry it well and add ginger garlic paste
8.Add tomato puree
9. Add turmeic, salt, chillipowder, corainder powder, garam masala, tandorri masala mix it well
10.Now add frozen peas and paneer cubes
11. add 1/2 cup water and let it boil
12. Add milk cream and spring onion slices
13.Turn off the flame and garnish with coriander leaves
