Ingredients
any vegetable one like i did with left over ridgeguard
onions
tomatoes
ginger garlic paste
Galangala pinch
coconut milk - 1 bowl
1/2 kg cleaned shrimp
Spring onions
Coriander leaves
Whole red chillies or green chillies
salt
pepper
oil
coconut cream
Method:
1. Take a wide kadai pour oil add mustard seeds and sliced onions fry it well.
2. Once onion turns brown add tomato and ridge guard to it.
3. Now add ginger garlic paste and galangala.
4. Turn off the flame mash it nicely with hand blender.
5. Now add shrimp to the existing quantity with pinch of turmeric.
6. Add coconut Cream to it with water, chillies , salt , pepper.
7. Cook under low flame for 15 minutes with closed lid.
8. At last garnish with spring onion slices and Coriander slices.

Vegtable pizza Sandwich
Quick , easy, Tasty recipe.
Ingredients
sandwich slices 2
paste sauce 1 table spoons
onions
chedder cheese
tomatoes
bell peppers
salt pepper
Method:
1. Take bread slice spead with pasta sauce, next layer onions, other vegetables, topped with cheddar chese close with the other bread slice.
2. Toast on the Sandwich maker,.

Delicious one i always love to eat chicken breast on hot plate instead of pan cooked.

1 kg chicken breast cut into thin fillets
marinate with the following ingredients

atleast for 4 -5 hours inside the fridge

heat the hot palte under medium to low flame cook both sides
serve with ranch or other dressings

Ingredients
1 liter mango Pulp
sugar
1 liter Thick curd (home made)

125grams Butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 caster sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 egg
1 1/2 cups self raising flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
3/4 Chocolate chips
Preparation:
1. Cream the butter and sugars until light and fluffy
2. whisk in the Vanilla essence and egg
3. Stir in the sifted flour and cocoa powder.
4. Add chocolate chips.
5. Place the teaspoonful of mixture on greased baking tray and bake in a moderately slow oven 160 c for 10 -15 minutes
6. cool on a wire rack
