Italian Vegetable Fettuccine Alfredo with Indian Lollipop Chicken

Ingredients to make Veg Fettucine Alfredo:
1/2 pack of Fettucine (I used 100% Durum wheat Semolina) from the Shop
Fresh ground pepper corns
Italian herbs
1 cup of mixed vegetables with thin cut.
salt
Mozzarella cheese but Parmesan is the right combination (I don't have so i used Mozzarella shredded cheese)
1/2 cup of Tomato pasta sauce with herbs and garlic.

Preparation:

1. Take a wide pan boil the water with salt and add fettuccine cook until it become soft and ready.
2. Shift that into cold water and let it take rest.
3. Take a wide pan put butter or olive oil add garlic, veggies fry it.
4. Add salt, pepper crushed corns, Italian herbs and sauce with cheese
5. Mix the cooled fettuccine and close the lid turn off the flame.
6. It will cook with the remaining temperature.
