Malai Murg Kebab

First time i tried this Murg kebab i love kebabs

Marination :

Bonesless Chicken thigh fillets - 1/2 kilo
Marinate with the following ingredients over night
Cheese shredded -1/2 cup
White pepper - 1 tea spoon
Green chillie paste - 1/2 teaspoon( adjust according to your spice level)
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon
Curd - 1/2 cup
Cheese cream - 1/4 cup
salt - required
Cashew paste- optional


Cooking :
Before the heating the grill keep the chicken marination outside until it comes to room temperature.
Heat the hot plate and apply oil spray and place the chicken pieces cook under medium to low flame.

Serve with grilled veggies
